Against the Spread (Devlin Duckett)

Without starting RB Joe Mixon and QB Joe Burrow, the Bengals couldn’t get much going against the Giants last week. Despite managing only 155 total yards of offense, Cincinnati only lost by two points to NY, with a final score of 19-17. Journeyman QB Brandon Allen will be more comfortable with the system and personnel this week, and should have more success. That’s not to say that the Bengals will be victorious. Miami is the better team for certain, and it’s difficult to imagine the Dolphins choking at home in this spot. Even if head coach Brian Flores starts Tua Tagovailoa over Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Fins should win. However, both the Bengals and Dolphins have been excellent ATS this season, and 11 points is a big number to cover here. Miami wins this game, but the Bengals will give the Dolphins a real fight. Take Cinci +11. Dolphins 23, Bengals 15

Over/Under (Zack Robinson)

The Cincinnati Bengals really missed Joe Burrow against the New York Giants (Week 12). With Burrow on the field they probably would have won it, but now they have Brandon Allen under center. Allen needs more time with the first team, so don’t expect the Bengals to score a lot of points in the upcoming weeks. Joe Mixon remains out due to injury and Giovani Bernard is not that explosive.

The Bengals average 20.9 points per game and the total has gone over in four of their last six games this season.

No matter who’s under center, the Miami Dolphins already proved that they can fight against any team. Both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Tua Tagovailoa have been sensational and the Dolphins’ defense has improved a lot this season. Head coach Brian Flores said that Tagovailoa is the starter, but if he can’t make it Fitzpatrick would be ready.

The Dolphins average 25.8 points per game and the total has gone under in five of their last six games against the Bengals.

Go under once again.
