Many NFL betting fans were undervaluing the Rams ahead of the 2020 NFL regular season. However, Los Angeles has kicked things off with a surprising 2-0 record. The Rams’ first win was a 20-17 triumph over the Dallas Cowboys, a game that shocked some fans. Afterwards, the Rams picked up a dominant 37-19 victory over the Eagles. Now Los Angeles has to face off against the 2-0 Bills.
The Bills are looking better than anticipated. Josh Allen has already racked up 729 passing yards and 6 touchdowns. Comparatively, Jared Goff has 542 passing yards, 3 touchdowns and 1 interception to his name. With this in mind, I’m gonna side with the odds and take the Bills.
Against the Spread (Devlin Duckett)
Two undefeated teams lock horns at Ralph Wilson Stadium during Week 3. The Rams edged the Dallas Cowboys in their first game, and rolled the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2. The Bills pounded on the Jets to kick off the season, then nipped the Dolphins in their second game. Both squads are talented, and likely postseason bound.
Bills QB Josh Allen leads the league in passing yards with 729, and has completed 70% of his passes. Allen has thrown six touchdowns, and zero interceptions. WR Stefon Diggs has the most receiving yards in football, gaining 239 yards on 16 catches. Buffalo ranks first in the NFL when tallying the number of passing plays that’ve gone longer than 20 yards (12).
Interestingly enough, the Rams rank second in passing plays over 20 yards, coming in with 11. QB Jared Goff isn’t exactly reanimating “The Greatest Show on Turf”, but he’s putting up pretty decent numbers. Goff ranks ninth in the league with 542 yards passing, and TE Tyler Higbee is a scoring machine. Higbee scored three touchdowns in Week 2 vs the Eagles, and Buffalo is already scheming to stop him.
Both defenses are top shelf, but Buffalo’s D is stronger, overall. Also, Allen is playing at an extremely high level right now, and even superstar CB Jalen Ramsey won’t stop him.

Over/Under (Zack Robinson)
The Los Angeles Rams haven’t missed Todd Gurley. In Week 1, that was because RB Malcolm Brown played really well, and in Week 2 because QB Jared Goff took over and threw for 267 yards and 3 touchdowns.
The Rams average 28.5 points per game, good enough to be in the top ten of most productive teams.
The Buffalo Bills are not far behind, they are averaging 29 points per game and QB Josh Allen is leading the league in passing yards with 729 yards in two weeks, but the Bills have defeated two very limited teams in the Jets and Dolphins.
The total has gone under in 13 of Buffalo’s last 19 games. Go under in a good one.
