Against the Spread (Devlin Duckett)
The Ravens are resurrected, and currently have an 88% chance at making the postseason. Once believed to be dead in the water, Baltimore has won three straight games SU and ATS. The Ravens have literally been running wild, averaging 228 rushing yards per game in their three most recent wins. Baltimore has outscored its opponents 121-73 over that same stretch, and most of that damage was done by the Browns. The Ravens are favored by 11 points at home vs the Giants, and my gut tells me that Baltimore will be making a statement. NY has produced a dud two weeks in a row, and Baltimore is clearly heading in the other direction. The Giants were thumped 20-6 by the Browns in Week 15, while the Ravens stomped the Jaguars 40-14. Expect this theme to continue. An Impressive side stat – Baltimore is 8-0 ATS in its last eight December contests. Bet the birds to cover the spread. Ravens 27, Giants 10
Over/Under (Zack Robinson)
The New York Giants still have a chance to win the NFC East, but they’ll be facing one of the toughest defensive units in the league (allows just 20.5 points per game, fourth best).
Daniel Jones remains questionable. If he’s not able to play, veteran Colt McCoy will be under center.
The Giants couldn’t score more than seven points in their last two games. They average 17.4 points per game (second worst in the league) and the total has gone under in their last six games against an opponent from the AFC North.
Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens have regained some confidence. Veteran WR Dez Bryant has been more involved and the Ravens backfield is one of the best in the league.
Right now, Baltimore is fighting for a wild card spot, and they shouldn’t have any problem beating the Giants.
The Ravens average 28.8 points per game (sixth best in the league) and the total has gone over in four of their last six games against the Giants.
Go over in a blowout.
