Straight Up (Sebastian Morera)
The Giants are winless. Although they’ve had close contests, New York has looked pitiful. Testament to this is the fact that quarterback Daniel Jones leads New York in rushing with 137 yards. This weekend they’ll be facing the Dallas Cowboys in an NFC East rivalry. As much as I’d like to see Dallas, and Mike McCarthy in particular, lose another game – I just don’t see how New York wins. The Giants have failed to put up more than 17 points in a game. Considering how efficient the Cowboys have been offensively, Dallas has this one in the bag.
Against the Spread (Devlin Duckett)
The NY Giants (0-4) are having a tough year, but their expectations were relatively low to begin with. On the other hand, owner Jerry Jones gives off the vibe of Super Bowl Odds or bust for his Dallas Cowboys (1-3). Former Dallas head coach Jason Garrett is now the offensive coordinator for the Giants, and this plays a bigger role than you might think. NY’s passing defense is already ranked sixth in the NFL, and Garrett’s intel on the Dallas offense and players will only help to sharpen the blade. The Cowboys have gained the most yards of any team so far through 2020, but look at their record.
The Cowboys can be run on, and the G-men churned out 136 yards on 25 carries against the Rams in Week 4. NY only lost that game by eight points, and they have a realistic chance of upsetting the Cowboys in this situation. The Giants really want to earn their first victory for head coach Joe Judge, and this divisional battle in Dallas presents the perfect opportunity. TE Evan Engram goes off, and Garrett gets some satisfaction. The Giants will not only win ATS, but they’ll win the game outright.

Over/Under (Zack Robinson)
The Los Angeles Rams struggled against the New York Giants (just 17 points), but their offense is averaging 26.5 points per game.
QB Jared Goff needs to be more consistent and DE Aaron Donald needs to be the dominant player we all know he is. CB Jalen Ramsey could be suspended after his fight with WR Golden Tate.
The total has gone over in four of LA Rams’ last five games on the road.
The Washington Football Team have a new starting QB in Kyle Allen. HC Ron Rivera was not pleased with Dwayne Haskins and Washington average of 19.8 points per game (third worst in the league).
Allen worked with Rivera in Carolina and if he’s not the answer veteran Alex Smith will be waiting, but he comes from a very serious injury.
The total has gone under in eight of Washington’s last twelve games against the Rams. Go under once again.
