Don’t look now, but the NY Jets are 0-12. No, really. Don’t look now. It’s ugly. The winless Jets travel to Seattle to catch a glimpse of what life might have been like if Pete Carroll had stuck around to coach them. However, Carroll knew better, so his 8-4 Seahawks have the opportunity to smash the Jets this Sunday afternoon. Seattle is only 6-6 ATS in 2020 vs NY’s 4-8 ATS mark, but the Seahawks are primed to host a blowout. A week after being humbled 17-12 by the other NY team (no, not the Bills…), Seattle will open up the playbook against the Jets. Look for QB Russell Wilson and the Hawks’ fourth-ranked offense to annihilate Gang Green’s 30th-ranked defense. Ex-Jet Jamal Adams would love nothing more than to sack Sam Darnold and run back a pick-six. The Seahawks will cover easily, blowing the Jets out of the building. Seahawks 44, Jets 19

Over/Under (Zack Robinson)

The New York Jets are the worst team in the NFL, including offensively speaking because they average just 15 points per game.

Last week, they scored 28 points to almost beat the Las Vegas Raiders, but at the end that wasn’t enough. Their defense allows 29.4 points per game (third worst in the league), but they will have a new defensive coordinator (Frank Bush) from now on.

The total has gone over in four of the Jets’ last five games against an opponent from the NFC.

Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks come from a bad week (just 12 points against the New York Giants).

They will be eager to prove that they are so much better than that and what better way to do that than crushing the Jets.

With Wilson, Chris Carson, D.K. Metcalf and Tyler Lockett on board, the Seahawks shouldn’t have any problems to do just that.

The Seahawks average 29.4 points per game (fourth best in the league) and the total has gone over in five of Seattle’s last six games against an opponent from the AFC.

Go over in a blowout.
