Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers will look to get back in the win column when they host the reeling Chicago Bears in their Week 12 NFC North divisional matchup on Sunday.
While Green Bay was on the wrong end of a stunning loss in Week 11 that showed some legitimate chinks in their armor, things aren’t nearly as dire as they are in the Windy City where the Bears have all sorts of problems.

Chicago Bears (5-5) | Green Bay Packers (7-3)
The Chicago Bears are reeling as they come into this Week 12 matchup riding a four-game losing streak that includes a 19-13 home loss against Minnesota as a 3.5-point underdog. Chicago was shut out in the fourth quarter after entering the final frame tied 13-all. Nick Foles passed for an uninspiring 106 yards with no touchdowns and one pick before exiting with an injury and giving way to backup Tyler Bray who completed just one pass for 18 yards in five attempts.
Now, with Foles still out of the lineup, head coach Matt Nagy is going back to former starter Mitch Trubisky – and that could be a good thing seeing as how Chicago won all three games that the former North Carolina signal-caller started. On the year, the much-maligned Trubisky has completed 59.3% of his passes for 560 yards with six touchdowns and three interceptions.
Green Bay completely collapsed in its stunning 34-31 overtime loss at Indianapolis while failing to cover the spread as a 1.5-point underdog. The Packers were up 28-14 at the half but were limited to just three second-half points.
Rodgers passed for 311 yards with three TD passes and one interception, but the Packers were limited to a paltry 66 rushing yards in the loss. Veteran kicker Mason Crosby nailed a 26-yard field goal with three seconds remaining in regulation to get the game to overtime before falling on Rodrigo Blankenship’s 39-yard field goal in overtime.
Still, Green Bay has won two straight in this longtime rivalry and seven of the last eight meetings overall. After splitting their last six games, Green Bay is relatively desperate to get back on track, making the Packers the easy pick to take care of business in this Week 12 affair.
Pick: Green Bay to Win
Chicago Bears +9 (5-5) | Green Bay Packers -9 (6-4)
The Bears have failed to cover the spread in two straight games and three of its last four while going a dismal 3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games against their NFC North division rivals.
In spite of their recent struggles, the Packers have gone 7-0 ATS in their last 7 games following a straight-up loss and a scorching 14-3 ATS in their last 17 games following an ATS loss.
With Chicago going 5-14 ATS in the last 19 meetings and the favorite going 13-6 ATS over the same span, the Packers look like the easy pick to cover the nearly couple-digit chalk in this one!

Over/Under 45 points:
Chicago Bears (3-7) | Green Bay Packers (6-4)
The Under is 6-1 in Chicago’s last 7 games overall and 5-1 in the Bears last 6 games against a team with a winning record. The Over is 7-2 in Green Bay’s last 9 games against their NFC counterparts, but the Under is 9-3 in the Packers last 12 games against their NFC North division rivals. The Under is 3-0 in the last three meetings between these longtime rivals and Chicago struggles like crazy to put points on the board while ranking a pitiful 31st in scoring (19.1 ppg).
