The Buffalo Bills (7-2) are riding a three-game winning streak into Phoenix to face the Arizona Cardinals (5-3) on Sunday. Buffalo just did Arizona a favor by taking out its NFC West rival Seattle Seahawks 44-34 in Week 9. Meanwhile, the Dolphins snapped the Cardinals’ three-game winning streak last week, reshuffling the Cards 34-31 at home.
NFL betting is all the rage, and the 2020 season is half over already. This is the point in the season when online sports betting really heats up. Hopefully, the bets you make on this heavyweight pigskin scuffle will bloat your billfold. The current NFL odds on our sportsbook show the Cardinals as three-point favorites at home. Let’s break this down.

NFL Betting Lines
|Team||Point Spread||Moneyline||Over/Under||Team Total|
Moneyline: Bills +125 (7-2) | Cardinals -145 (5-3)
Arizona’s defense is much stiffer than Seattle’s, but we can expect Bills’ QB Josh Allen to enjoy a successful afternoon. Allen was 31-of-38 passes for 415 yards and three touchdowns, zero interceptions. against Seattle. Buffalo’s signal-caller also scored a rushing TD, as a bonus.
The Cardinals’ secondary is still pretty banged-up/Covid designated, and Allen will take advantage. On the other side of the ball, the Bills’ blitz-heavy defense is guaranteed to harass Cardinals’ QB Kyler Murray consistently. Murray already has his hands full, since he’s Arizona’s best option for both the run and the pass.
Cardinals’ RB Kenyan Drake (ankle) missed the Week 9 contest against the Dolphins, and Murray led the team in rushing in Drake’s absence. Murray rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown during these double duties, and can’t reasonably be expected to do everything. Drake is officially questionable and listed as a game-time decision for the battle with the Bills. The Cardinals won’t rebound here, losing their second straight game at home to an opponent from the AFC East.
Pick: Bills to win
Point Spread: Bills (4-5) | Cardinals (5-3)
The Bills will level out their 2020 record ATS this week in Arizona. As an avid football fan who lived in Buffalo for 14+ years, I can sense when the herd is in a groove. Taking the Bills +3 in this position is a slam dunk. Hitting on $40, gains you $33.33.
Pick: Bills +3
Over/Under 56½ points: Bills (7-2) | Cardinals (2-5-1)
There could conceivably be over 1,000 yards of offense in this game. This should be a thrilling prize fight, with several lead changes along the way. Allen vs Murray promises a modern-day shootout between two quarterbacks who’ll be in the MVP discussion for years to come. There will be points aplenty in Phoenix this coming Sunday afternoon.
Pick: Over 56½ total points scored
Prediction: Bills 31, Cardinals 28
Props Talk for Bills at Cardinals
Any garden variety sports betting strategy is enhanced through the employment of prop bets. Props diversify your betting angles, and most importantly, provide additional fun. Here are a few prop bets that stand out in this Week 10 matchup between the Bills and Cardinals.
First to Score: Bills (Even-Money)
The Bills got Allen and the offense going early last week, and the results were undeniable. This is more or less a 50/50 bet, to begin with, but Buffalo’s a good gamble to be the team that’s more fired up out of the gate. The Bills want the psychological edge on the road right away, so the flipped coin is weighted in Buffalo’s favor.
Over 6½ Total TDs in the Game (-110)
Allen and Murray each accounted for four touchdowns on their own in Week 9. Buffalo and Arizona combined for nine TDs last week, and there’s no reason to expect that production level to dip. It’ll be an intense desert shootout, no matter how you slice it.
Will the Game Go to Overtime?: Yes (+900)
The Cardinals’ melee with the Seahawks in Week 7 spilled into overtime, and this game against the Bills feels dramatic. A robust moneyline of +900 makes this a sweet flyer bet, earning you $90 on a $10 investment. $50 gains you an extra $450. Just sayin’.
