After possibly the most exciting game of the NFL season, the Baltimore Ravens try to follow up their last-second victory over Cleveland on Monday night with a game against the league’s worst team. Jacksonville hasn’t won since Week 1 of the season, though it has come close a few times and has Gardner Minshew back under center.
The Ravens are still scrambling to be a part of the postseason party, so they can’t have a letdown this week. Every game is important for Baltimore, and for bettors, as there are plenty of opportunities for you to bet online on this contest.

Moneyline: Jaguars +600 | Ravens -800
Baltimore seems to be getting its swagger back, with Lamar Jackson making plays with both his legs and his arm in the win over Cleveland. Health has been a big issue for the Ravens, and that is becoming less of a problem each week. It’s hard to picture Baltimore letting this one get away against a team with little to play for.
Pick: Ravens to win
Point Spread: Ravens -13
The NFL odds aren’t giving the Jaguars much credit for the effort they’ve made in recent weeks to stay in games. Of Jacksonville’s last six losses, four were by a single score, with one coming in overtime. We can see the return of Minshew giving Jacksonville some life offensively and keeping the team in the game for much of the contest.
Pick: Jaguars to cover
Over/Under: 47½ points
The Ravens are starting to get their running game going, with J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards joining Jackson as threats to take it to the end zone on almost every run. Facing a team like Jacksonville, which allows 145.5 rushing yards a game, the Ravens could find paydirt quite a bit. The team that ranks two spots below the Jaguars, Dallas, just gave up 34 points to Baltimore two weeks ago. The one downside to Monday night’s win for Baltimore was the fact that its defense was again shredded by the opposition.
Minshew looked fully healthy last weekend, entering the game in the second half and completing 18-of-31 passes for 178 yards and a touchdown in a loss to Tennessee. He should be able to move the Jaguars at least a couple of times for scores in this one.
Pick: Over 47½
Final score: Ravens 31, Jaguars 20
Props Talk for Jaguars vs. Ravens
While it will be a little colder than the Jaguars are used to in Baltimore on Sunday afternoon, the weather shouldn’t be too much of a factor in this one. Especially when both teams can run the ball well, with the Jaguars’ James Robinson ranking third in the league in rushing with 1,035 yards.
Let’s take a look at some NFL betting props for the game.
Race To 10 Points: Ravens -330
The Ravens are still going to be a little juiced up over their win on Monday night and will be looking to send a message to the Jaguars early to get the edge. Baltimore would like nothing more than an easy victory, so it will be going all out to get up on the scoreboard in the early going. The speed of Jackson can be hard to get used to, so the first couple of possessions are going to be hard for the Jacksonville defense.
Total TDs In The Game: Over 5½ +110
We like this game to be a back-and-forth affair, with plenty of touchdowns being scored. The Ravens are only allowing 21 points per game, but they’ve given up more than that in three of their last five games. Meanwhile, Baltimore’s offense should find some running lanes into the end zone throughout this contest. We like the over.
Score In Last Two Minutes Of First Half: Yes -300
This is one of those fun NFL picks to make. Both teams have capable quarterbacks at their helms, so getting the ball with just a few minutes left in the half won’t be a problem for whoever has the ball. Something tells us this is going to be a fun game, so a late first-half score seems logical.
