Moneyline: Titans (7-3) | Colts (7-3)
Tennessee has won two of its last three games but has also lost three of its last five while alternating between rock-solid performances and discouraging ones.
The Titans did pick up a thrilling 30-24 overtime win over Baltimore last weekend as Ryan Tannehill passed for 259 yards with two TD tosses and one interception while powerful running back Derrick Henry rushed for 133 yards and the game-winning 29-yard touchdown run in overtime.
Indianapolis has won two straight and four of its last five games including a stunning 34-31 overtime win over Green Bay last weekend. Veteran gunslinger Philip Rivers passed for 288 yards with three TD tosses and one pick, but it was the Colts’ stout defense that starred by limiting the Packers to just three second-half points after going into the break down 28-14.
Rivers has looked mostly fantastic in Indy’s last five games while throwing three TD passes in three of those contests. Indianapolis is ranked inside the Top 5 across the board defensively while limiting the opposition to 20.8 points per game (5th). After dominating their AFC South rivals on the road two weeks ago, I’ve got to believe the Colts are going to take care of business in this insanely humongous Week 12 rematch.
Pick: Indianapolis to Win
Let’s take a look at Tennessee’s NFL Conference Championship Odds right here!
Point Spread: Titans +3 (4-6) | Colts -3 (6-4)
Tennessee has gone 2-3 ATS over its last five games while Indianapolis has gone 3-1 ATS over its last four. The Titans are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games following a straight-up win and an equally discouraging 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games.
With the Colts going 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games as a favorite, 14-5 ATS in its last 19 games against a team with a winning record, and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games against their AFC South division rivals. I believe the smart play in this Week 12 clash is to back the Cots to narrowly cover the chalk as a field goal home fave!
Pick: Indianapolis to Cover

Over/Under 51½ points: Titans (7-2-1) | Colts (6-4)
The Titans have given up at least 27 points in three of its last five games while allowing 31 or more in two of its last four. The Over is 6-0-1 in Tennessee’s last 7 games against their AFC conference counterparts and 4-0 in the Titans’ last 4 games against their AFC South division rivals.
The Colts have scored an identical 34 points in each of their last two while putting 31 points or more on the board in four of their last five, which all resulted in victories. The Over is 4-0 in Indy’s last 4 games against its division rivals and 5-1 in the Colts’ last 6 games overall.
With the Colts ranked 10th in scoring (27.6 ppg) and the Titans ranked a modest 18th in points allowed (25.9 ppg) the Over looks like a smart pick!
Final Score: Colts 31 Titans 23
Titans at Colts Props Predictions
The Titans have been held to 20 points or less in two of their last three while Baltimore has been limited to 24 points or less in three straight. This Week 11 matchup looks like a classic ‘street brawl’ just waiting to happen.
Total TDs in the Game Over/Under 5½
Over 5½ TDs -135
Under 5½ TDs +105
Just by looking at the odds for this props odds wager, clearly, oddsmakers are expecting these rivals to put their fair share of points on the board and I agree. The Colts – and Philip Rivers – are playing their best football of the season coming into this one, but Tennessee can do some damage with Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry both being difficult to keep in check for a full 60 minutes. We should definitely see six TDs put on the board in this one!
Total Field Goals in the Game
Over 3½ -120
Under 3½ -110
Colts rookie kicker Rodrigo Blankenship was masterful last weekend in booting four-field goals, and two-extra points to earn the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week award. Not only that, but the dude’s got some impressive rap skills!
On the flip side of the coin, Tennessee veteran kicker Stephen Gostkowski has been wildly inconsistent this season by missing a league-high eight field-goal attempts this season, not to mention he has absolutely no rap skills whatsoever. Still, I like these two to combine for at least four field goals!
