Many consider the UEFA Champions League to be the best soccer club tournament in the world, and luckily for all soccer and online sports betting enthusiasts, the UEFA Champions League returns on Tuesday and Wednesday. That’s not all, because you can keep playing on Thursday, thanks to the UEFA Europa League.
Let’s take a look at the games of the week and the latest soccer odds while making some predictions. All odds are as of writing.
Dynamo Kiev vs Barcelona (Tuesday, November 24)
The last time that Dynamo Kiev and Barcelona met, the Ukrainians played a pretty good game, but that wasn’t enough. Barcelona won 2-1 with goals from Lionel Messi and Gerard Pique; Viktor Tsygankov scored for Dynamo. On Tuesday, there’s going to be a huge difference: no Lionel Messi for Barcelona. Coach Ronald Koeman decided to give Messi and Frenkie de Jong some time off thanks to Barcelona’s being very comfortable at the top of Group G.
Besides Messi and de Jong, Barcelona will not have Gerard Pique, Sergi Roberto, Sergio Busquets and Ansu Fati due to injury. Regarding Dynamo Kiev, nine players are out due to injury, including Artem Shabanov, Viktor Tsygankov and Gerson Rodrigues.
Barcelona can seal their ticket to the Round of 16 with a victory, and despite all absences they should be able to beat Dynamo once again.
If Barcelona and Juventus (against Ferencvaros) win, Dynamo would be eliminated. Barcelona lead the all-time series against Dynamo Kiev 7-1-3.
Pick and Final Score Prediction: Barcelona to win 1-0
PSG vs RB Leipzig (Tuesday, November 24)
|RB Leipzig||+1||+425||3 ½||1|
Three weeks ago, RB Leipzig beat PSG 2-1 with goals from Christopher Nkunku and Emil Forsberg. Angel Di Maria scored for PSG. Neymar and Mbappe didn’t play three weeks ago due to injury, but now they are ready to go. PSG can’t have Presnel Kimpembe and Idrissa Gueye on the field due to suspension. PSG come from a tough domestic loss against Monaco (3-2) in Ligue 1 and they are eager for revenge.
RB Leipzig share the top spot (Group H) with Manchester United and beating PSG again would mean to be one point away from the Round of 16. The Germans come from a 1-1 draw against Frankfurt in the Bundesliga. They were thinking more about PSG than Frankfurt.
Lukas Klostermann, Marcel Halstenberg, Konrad Laimer and Hee-Chan Hwang are all injured. Nordi Mukiele is doubtful.
On UEFA.com, 72% voted for a PSG victory; only 17% believe that RB Leipzig can pull off the upset. The all-time series between PSG (four goals) and RB Leipzig (two goals) is tied 1-1.
Pick and Final Score Prediction: PSG to win 2-0.
Inter Milan vs Real Madrid (Wednesday, November 25)
|Inter Milan||– ½||+115||3|
|Real Madrid||+ ½||+210||3|
Real Madrid beat Inter Milan (3-2) three weeks ago, but many believe that Inter should have won that game. Now, the Italians come in better shape and less casualties than Real Madrid. Last weekend, Inter Milan beat Torino 4-2 in the Serie A with two goals from Romelu Lukaku; Real Madrid tied 1-1 with Villarreal in La Liga. Sergio Ramos and Federico Valverde are out due to injury. Ramos’ absence not only affects the defense, it also affects the offensive power on free and corner kicks; also, Ramos is the locker room leader.
Regarding Inter Milan, Aleksandar Kolarov, Stefano Sensi and Marcelo Brozovic are out due to injury, but Alexis Sanchez is back and looking good (scored one goal against Torino). The “Nerazzurri” are at the bottom of Group B with two points, so they really need a victory here.
The all-time series between Inter Milan (21 goals) and Real Madrid (23 goals) is tied 7-2-7.
Pick and Final Score Prediction: Inter Milan to win 2-1
Bayern Munich vs Salzburg (Wednesday, November 25)
|Bayern Munich||-2||-475||4 ¼|
Bayern Munich already crushed Salzburg 6-2 (on the road!) with goals from Robert Lewandowski (2), Jerome Boateng, Leroy Sane, Lucas Hernandez and Rasmus Nissen Kristensen (OG). Mergim Berisha and Masaya Okugawa scored for Salzburg. There’s no doubt that Bayern Munich own one of the best rosters in the Champions League. A Bayern victory combined with an Atletico Madrid victory or draw (against Lokomotiv) puts the Germans in the Round of 16. Bayern Munich average four goals per game (top scoring team with 12). The defense allows just one goal per game.
Joshua Kimmich, Alphonso Davies and Corentin Tolisso are out due to injury. Theo Hernandez is doubtful. Patson Daka is out for Salzburg; Masaya Okugawa and Zlatko Junuzovic are doubtful. Salzburg need to win in order to maintain chances to advance to the Round of 16.
Bayern Munich lead the all-time series 1-0-0.
Pick and Final Score Prediction: Bayern Munich to win 3-1

Lille vs AC Milan (Thursday, November 26)
|Lille||Pk-105||+175||2 ½||1 ½|
|AC Milan||Pk-125||+165||2 ½||1 ½|
AC Milan command the Italian Serie A, but Lille already beat them (3-0) in the Europa League with goals from Yusuf Yazici (hat-trick). Lille command Group H with seven points; AC Milan come second with six. Yazici is one of the Europa League season’s top scorers with six goals; Lille average three goals per game and allow just one. Lille have never lost to AC Milan; they lead the all-time series 2-0-0 with five goals for and zero against.
AC Milan average two goals per game and allow 1.3 goals per game. Zlatan Ibrahimović is on fire (10 goals in the Italian Serie A) and 53% voted AC Milan to win. Both teams won last weekend. AC Milan beat Napoli 3-1 and Lille beat Lorient 4-0, which means both are in great shape!
Pick and Final Score Prediction: Draw 2-2
Rangers vs Benfica (Thursday, November 26)
Rangers will play host to Benfica with the top spot (Group D) at stake. Both teams have seven points, but Rangers have less goals against (3/5). Three weeks ago, they drew 3-3 in Lisbon. Rafa Silva, Darwin Nunez and Connor Goldson (OG) scored for Benfica; Diogo Goncalves, Glen Kamara and Alfredo Morelos scored for Rangers. Nicolas Otamendi, experienced defender who plays for Benfica, can’t play on Thursday due to suspension.
Coach Steven Gerrard (former Liverpool superstar) is changing the Rangers culture once again. They lead the Scottish Premiership with 41 points (13-2-0); 11 more than second place and they remain undefeated on both tournaments. Benfica have 15 points (second place) in the Primeira Liga, but they have lost their last two matches in a row.
Rangers own 75% of the SU support. Only 19% believe that Benfica can pull off the upset at Ibrox Stadium.
Pick and Final Score Prediction: Rangers to win 2-0
Tottenham vs Ludogorets (Thursday, October 29)
|Tottenham||-2 ½||-1400||3 ½||3|
|Ludogorets||+2 ½||+2700||3 ½||½|
Group J is on fire! (literally) Tottenham, Antwerp and LASK have six points; Ludogorets have zero. The “Spurs” command the group after scoring six goals and allowing just two (same as Antwerp). Three weeks ago, Tottenham beat Ludogorets 3-0 with goals from Harry Kane, Lucas Moura and Giovani Lo Celso; Claudiu Keseru scored for Ludogorets.
Harry Kane is one of the Europa League season’s top scorers with six goals. Tottenham’s roster is simply too much for teams like Ludogorets; they have Gareth Bale, Heung-Min Son, Eric Dier, Dele Alli and many more. Tottenham morale is at its highest level after beating Manchester City (2-0) in the English Premier League; only 3% SU believe that Ludogorets can pull off the upset.
Pick and Final Score Prediction: Tottenham to win 4-0.
