If the second leg finishes with another draw (with goals included), Boca Juniors advances to the grand finale.
Santos have lost just one game during the tournament; it was against Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito (Round of 16) at home. They finished the Group Stage with a 5-1-0 record, and then beat Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito (Round of 16) with a 2-2 aggregate (they advanced thanks to the goals they did on the road) and Gemio (Round of 8) with a 5-2 aggregate.
Boca Juniors have lost two games during the tournament. They finished the Group Stage with a 4-2-0 record; then beat SC Internacional (1-1, 5-4 penalties) in the Round of 16 and Racing Club (2-1) in the Round of 8.
The Argentinian side have allowed just three goals (best in the tournament). Individually, Eduardo Salvio has been sensational, he’s the team’s top scorer with six goals (second best in the tournament).
