NFL Regular Season Awards Betting Lines & Odds

NFL betting is no longer just reserved for regular season games as you can find NFL odds available throughout the entire year. Betting on a team to win the Super Bowl is a popular bet to make, but you can also bet on regular season awards.

Regular season awards are handed out in a number of different categories and all of the betting is very similar.

These odds and lines get posted almost as soon as the previous season ends and then those odds are updated as the season plays out.

There can be some NFL lines and betting markets that are complicated to understand, but that isn’t the case with this type of wager.

All you are doing is simply picking a player or a coach to win an award and then watching things play out.

The one interesting part of betting on regular season awards is that these are voted on by a select group of people.

You won’t be able to tell how things are going until the final vote is revealed at the conclusion of the season.

How do NFL Regular Season Awards Odds work?

The NFl regular season awards odds are not like single game betting as the odds reflect what has gone on throughout the year.

Odds for regular season awards are actually set well before the season even begins and it’s based on the probability of an outcome to occur.

The betting favorites to begin the season aren’t always the player or coach that comes away with the award at the end of the year. There won’t always be a change in the odds every single week, but that could happen depending on what takes place.

There are some betting strategies to use when betting on NFL regular season awards, but the most important thing is to find the betting options that have the most valuable odds.

These odds will change quickly with these bets, and you don’t just want to make a wager just because you think it’s a guaranteed win.

If you are looking to bet on regular season awards then you will want to do all of your betting at BetUS Sportsbook. You will be able to unlock a 100% first deposit bonus that is worth up to $2,500 when signing up for a new account.

The odds at BetUS sportsbook are also going to be better than the standard Vegas NFL odds that you will see at other places.

This can save you money while betting, and ensure you a bigger payout if you win one of these bets.

HOW TO BET ON NFL Regular Season Awards Betting Guide

There is a pretty long list of regular season awards to bet on when it comes to the NFL, but a few really stand out. Here are some of the most common NFL regular season awards to bet on:

  • MVP
  • Offensive Player of the Year
  • Defensive Player of the Year
  • Offensive Rookie of the Year
  • Defensive Rookie of the Year
  • Coach of the Year

Regardless of what market you are looking to wager on, all of the odds are going to look similar. You will find a long list of players and odds, and then you can simply pick a player and submit a bet.

These odds are released before the season starts, and then they will usually be updated at the conclusion of each week. The NFL lines that you see posted will tell you how much money you can potentially win if you make a $100 wager.

Here is what those odds might look like for the MVP winner:

  • Josh Allen +700
  • Patrick Mahomes +800
  • Tom Brady +800
  • Aaron Rodgers +900
  • Justin Herbert +900

These would be the early odds that come out before the season starts, but they will be updated as the year moves along. If you are making a bet on Justin Herbert to win the MVP Award at +900 then you could win $900 with a $100 bet.

Making Multiple Bets

This is something that some people don’t think about when betting on regular season awards, but it’s definitely a possibility. Instead of just betting on player for each award, you can bet on several different players with individual bets.

The reason for doing this is that you are giving yourself more chances to win, and the payouts are still going to be big enough for you to win some money. If you are going to make different bets then you will want to wait until different parts of the year.
