Speaker 1:

Hey everyone, welcome to the BetUS Soccer Channel and it’s a special, special day because it’s the FA Cup fourth round. Little sides have managed to get through to the third round and then some of them have even now gone through to the fourth round. Massive romance brewing.

Now we are America’s favorite sportsbook so I’d like to invite you to subscribe and also to ring the bell, which means we’ll notify you and you’ll never miss any content again. And when you know we follow Bundesliga, Serie A, La Liga, Premier League, Champions League, and Europa League and obviously now the FA Cup. Massive, massive year of soccer and we’ll be adding to that as well. If you are on social media, please follow at BetUS TV because if there’s any updates, if there’s any lineups that don’t look quite right, then I’ll let them know at BetUS TV and they can then pass that on to you.

So it’s going to be a good weekend, I fancy. We did well in the third round. Now let’s go and have a little look at the fourth round. We’re not going to mess about, we’ve got three games on paper. I know they don’t play on paper, but on paper we look like we’ve… The books have got the prices wrong.

So let’s have a little look at our first game, it’s Ipswich versus Burnley. Ipswich going okay in League One, but Burnley are… what was it… 18 points clear of the third place and are almost guaranteed Premiership next year. Now the handicap or the money line is +230 for Ipswich. Ipswich scored 53 goals, they are the top scorers in League One, but Burnley are a different class. They’re +120. I found that hard to believe. I also found it hard to believe that when you’ve got the top scorers in League One against sides that score for fun in the Championship, sitting at the top, the over two and a half is at +100. I wouldn’t put anyone off of that, to be honest. We know that Burnley earned us money in the last round when they went to the Premier League Bournemouth and they won comfortably. Burnley, team total, over one and a half. So Burnley to score twice is also at +120. Burnley are taking this really, really seriously.

Ipswich, it’s one of those for them. They’ve got their eyes on getting back into the Championship as a priority. Their squad is not as big as Burnley’s and Burnley have the weapons to carve these open. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ipswich do score, but I just cannot get away with not complicating this and it’s Burnley, a money line, at +120. Burnley to score twice is at +120. I think both, I can see that happening. The over two and a half +100 you’re relying on Ipswich I fancy. But again, I think the selection definitely going to be Burnley to progress to the fifth round.

Let’s have a little look at game number two. Game number two, oh sorry, there’s my pick. My pick is Burnley money line at +120. Remember Ipswich have scored 53 goals, Burnley are 18 points clear at the top of the Championship, getting themselves ready to go back into the Premier League, all the hard work’s done. So if the hard work’s done, they can now concentrate on having a great cup run as well. Young manager, young in the experience stakes, in Kompany. I wouldn’t say he has got a great record. He’s got a good affiliation with the FA Cup. So for me it’s all about Burnley money line +120.

I’m just going to have a quick look in the chat here. Brendan’s saying, “I like Burnley win.” Yeah, you got to love it. “Mullen’s a machine.” Yeah. “Taking him to score again.” I think you just don’t complicate it and say Burnley, but if you want to go with the team, so it was the same price, I see Burnley scoring twice, so if you just want to go that way then I wouldn’t blame you at all. Let’s move on to game number two.

Game number two is Blackburn versus Birmingham. Now we’ve got Blackburn at home who are difficult to beat. They keep the ball. They can bore you to death, to be honest. They could talk a glass eye to sleep. But Birmingham, what are they? Birmingham are 19th in the Championship, they’ve lost all of their last five games. I just don’t see how Birmingham go to Blackburn and get a result. Let’s have a little look at these numbers because, again, I think the books are wrong because the home side are +130, they’re +155 to score twice, but the under/over is set at two. So they’re looking at a maximum of, for me, it’s 2-0. I mean, Birmingham, they should be -220 to score so I wouldn’t put anyone off of Birmingham not scoring at +175 and keep the 0-0 on your side.

I see Blackburn winning this game. I don’t see Birmingham scoring. So Birmingham +175 not to score is definitely a way to go. But, again, a little bit like the first game that we picked, Blackburn at home, in the FA Cup, against a Birmingham side who can’t win any games. I mean, even when they’re winning they’re not convincing at all. So I think there’s a mismatch here and the home side are at +130.

Harry Docherty likes cards in this. Listen, we just talked about don’t complicate it and you want to go with cards and corners when you’re getting the fourth side in the Championship, which… It takes some doing, by the way, if you’re in the top 10 of the Championship you’re doing something right, but this Birmingham side are 19th and they’ve lost their last five.

Mitch says, “I love Rovers.” That’s good. Let’s have [inaudible 00:05:30], “Blackburn are very unpredictable.” I agree with that, Kyle, but when you’re getting +130 against a side who haven’t won this year, then I think you’ve got to take the +130. Or, as I say, you can keep the 0-0 on your side. Birmingham don’t score bundles of goals, I think they’re under one goal a game, and they’re at +175. Rick’s saying, “Blackburn all the way.” We like that Rick, let’s have some positive vibes. That’s Kyle. Blackburn, yeah, very unpredictable.

Let’s have a little look at my official pick. Again, home side, FA Cup, fourth round, +130. I just can’t get away from it. But, again, also, keep niggling me, that Birmingham not to score is at +175. Blackburn, they love to keep the ball. Birmingham, very disjointed, don’t create enough, and don’t keep the back door closed neither hence the reason they’re sitting in a relegation dog fight to go down to League One. So Blackburn money line at +130.

Let’s move on to game number three because this should be a gift. It should be a gift that… No, it’s not Tottenham Portsmouth. Tottenham Portsmouth is the last game. But it’s just a nice little reminder that the winner we had of under three and a half goals in that game because the game we’re going to cover is Walsall versus Leicester. There’s all the numbers. I love the fact that the graphics there just reminded us of a winner. That’s more than positive vibes because, see, I asked for positive vibes and I get them.

Okay, -260 for the Foxes going to Walsall. Walsall are mid-table in the bottom division, which is League Two. The Foxes, which is Leicester, are -190 to score twice. But I think they win by two clear goals, which is minus one and a half at +100. This is the type of thing where they’re flat track bullies and you’ve got Barnes and you’ve got Morrison and you’ve got Vardy, you got Iheanacho and you’ve got Perez. They’ve got so much forward-thinking talent that they could well go and score three goals. They’re telling me in there that it’s -190 for them to score twice.

You’re only getting even money about Walsall not scoring. So I think this is a minimum 3-1, 3-0, 2-0. But, listen, Brendan Rodgers is desperado to get any win in any competition because the axe is falling on his head. I cannot believe it’s not fallen already. But that’s down to them just being Billy Average against Premier League opposition. This is not Premier League opposition. This is average, below average, League Two side. The one thing that they do do is they try and keep it tight and they try and compete, but when you come up against them proper, proper forward-thinking players who can create, I wouldn’t put anyone off of Harvey Barnes to score at any time. This is the type of game where he’ll just ghost in at the far post, little bit like Vini Jr. did in the Champions League final for us last year.

So Barnes to score at any time would definitely be something for me. But let’s have a little look at the official pick. Brendan said, “They could retake, no?” Yeah, but the players that are coming in are just as good. And also it’s more important that Brendan Rogers gets a win and just keeps the wolf from the door. I’ve gone with Leicester, minus one and a half at +100.

Leicester to win by two clear goals. Leicester win and over two and a half at +115. For the sake of just 15 cents, Mitch, I fancy you just take the -1.5 at +100. I think this is easy going to be maybe 2-0, 3-0, maybe 3-1, Barnes to score at any time. I’m just having a quick look here. Brendan says, “I don’t see any value in this.” Are we talking about this game or are we talking about another one? Brendan, please let me know what game you’re talking about because how can you have a Premier League side who does score week in, week out in the Premier League against a side who are just average, mid-table League Two and you’re getting +100 about them winning by two clear goals. Listen, there’s no 1-0. Leicester don’t do 1-0. So, for me, the value is all about Leicester minus one and a half at +100. Let’s have a little look at all the official Soccer picks please.

FA Cup, love it. Okay, here we go. Burnley, money line +120. Blackburn, money line +130 and less than minus one and a half at +100. If I quickly do my maths there, that’s two, that’s 425, 420, sorry, 420, that’s 820, nine, that’s probably about +850, +850 parlay. So +175 Barnes to score as well, for Leicester. So James is saying, “Leicester’s B team is probably better than their team.” Yeah, no doubt. And probably some of the boys that could come in for Leicester might have a bit more urgency and attitude than some of the players that have been playing because they’ve been awful, but, yeah, if you have a quick guess up on that, +120 Burnley, +130 Blackburn, and +100 Leicester minus 1.5. You put them three together, you could do three doubles and a treble and then you only get two of them right, then you’re still going to make money, but I like them. +120, +130, +100.

Make sure you subscribe if you’d like this little FA Cup snippet and also make sure you ring the bell so that I can notify you and you don’t miss anything like Serie A and La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League, Champions League, and the Europa League. Make sure that you go on BetUS TV if you’re on social media because that’s where, if there’s any dodgy lineups, we can then reverse out or we can hedge.
