Kevin Hatchard:
Hey Flash.
Alex:
Hello.
Flash:
Hey, good. Okay, records? Put the records up. See, this is what I’m saying. We got to be lively. Okay, Flash, fall in Kev, number one Kappa and hopefully he stays right up there and keeps improving at 20.62. Alex is just hanging around that little donation of $1. At 34.89 as a team, we would’ve settled for half of that this stage of the season, but it’s been absolutely brilliant. Okay, I’m going to come to you first then Kev, because we’re going to go bang straight into it. Please get yourselves into the chat. There’s so many in there already, while I’m talking. Why don’t you put your thumbs up? First game up please. I’ve got seven games. It’s Koln versus Bochum. Kev, Koln at -155, Bochum at 420. The draw is at +300. The under/over is set at two and a half -125. Bochum, I know you don’t like this, but not to score is +140. I feel Koln will be too energetic and maybe too organized for a Bochum side that look like they’ve run out of gas.
Kevin Hatchard:
I think it’s really interesting. I’ve been prepping for this game today, actually. I’ll be commentating on this on Friday night and I think it’s a really intriguing thing that’s happened to Bochum because as you know I’ve been saying all season I think they have the worst squad in the league, I still believe that. And they started badly. Thomas Reis was dismissed, Thomas Letsch came in and to be fair to him, was able to revive them. They’ve got some really good results at home. Got five straight wins at one stage at home, but they’ve really fallen apart since then. They’ve lost the last four, conceded 10 goals and scored none and it’s individual mistakes that are killing them and Letsch has talked about this. He said he can’t understand why it keeps happening, why his team can’t concentrate for 90 minutes.
Koln have their problems, haven’t been scoring enough goals. The strikers have really struggled, but I just think they’re going to have too much for Bochum and I’m taking a leaf out of your book, Flash because Friday night under the lights in Koln, great atmosphere, Bochum’s away form utterly atrocious. They’ve lost all but one of their away games in the league this season. They’ve got a terrible defensive record and I just think even with Koln’s attacking problems, I think Koln are going to be able to sweep them aside.
Flash:
They’ll wear them down. They will wear them down from the first minute. They don’t stop. They keep banging at the door and it’s amazing. A lot of people don’t really realize, but it’s so true in any league on a Friday night, the home side have a massive advantage. Okay, you might get your draw but the ratio for home wins to away wins, Alex, is scary.
Alex:
Yeah, it is. And like Kev said, averaging almost three goals allowed per away game for Bochum. A bit disappointed with them last week because they had a better XG than Schalke and they had a goal disallowed by VAR. I had the Alex Classic there. They had the multiple opportunities and they failed to score. So now it’s time to face Bochum on the road of course. And I wish that they will go down because every time I’m backing them at home, at least in the last two meetings, they lost. So right now I wish that Koln will do a number on them. -1 looks great, over 2.5 goals looks great. I don’t like to press for Koln over 1.5 goals at -145 but I think that they will score at least twice. They’ve been great back at home. I think that they allowed only 12 goals in 11 games. So you can see also that consistency on Hunter. So I think that this is a one way train. Koln all the way for me also.
Flash:
Yeah, it’s got to be. It’s a free hit -1, +115 Koln win the game. And the other one, if you want to be a little bit brave and have a little bit of a sweat up, it’s Bochum not to score +140. Because Koln will push that Bochum line so far back that there’s a massive chance of isolation for any of the forward-thinking players of Bochum because Koln will sit there, wait, give the ball to those and go and say, “Go on.” I expect Koln’s defenders biggest problem is going to be their concentration. Let’s have a little look at the official pick but I totally endorse it and come tomorrow I could well be on it with Kev. It’s Koln _1 at +115.
We’ve got seven games. Let’s move on to game number two. It’s Bayern versus Augsburg. Bayern absolutely buzzing totally deserved everything they’re getting at the moment. But let us down last week by just losing that concentration with seven minutes to go and concede in a goal when they were totally in control. -750 for the home win, Augsburg at +1600, draw is at +850, Bayern to score four is +115. Over four goals. Do we see five goals after a European midweek exploits? I’m not so sure. I’ve got this game being maybe Bayern 2-0, 3-0, Alex. Which brings in Augsburg not to score the +105.
Alex:
Yeah, it’ll be very difficult for Augsburg to score although they’ve scored goals lately against Bayern, -1 of their last five. But I still think that this Bayern defence is improving with every match and mostly at home. They allowed only eight goals at home all season long. But I think that Nagelsmann will rotate a little bit here after the Champions League game. Tricked a little bit by the +2.5 -105 for Augsburg. I don’t think that Bayern will push to destroy them here. I think that they will play a smart, a win is a win. Let’s stay in control of the league with the tournament equal on point with them. Dortmund will play them exactly after the international break. So I think that that is the most important game for them of the season in Bundesliga. But I don’t see five goals. I really don’t see five goals.
I think that Bayern will win by half-time and after that maybe in the second half they will start a rotation. They will move the ball left and right and not give Augsburg any opportunity to score. So you can combine the money line with the goals market here and make it Bayern and under 4.5 goals. Let’s not forget that Augsburg on the road, they’re not scoring so many goals plus they enter this match after 4 defeats in a row on the road. So I don’t expect them to return home with an upset but still I’m intrigued with the +2.5 at -105.
Flash:
Okay. I love the fact that we’re going to get more minutes from Sadio Mane. A sharp Sadio Mane puts the game to bed last week. He had two great chances that in three weeks time he doesn’t even take a touch, he just goes bang. Gnabry who obviously will come in as well. Maybe Mueller sits out. It’s the rotation strength in depth I think. Tough, tough time for Augsburg but I still don’t see five, Kev.
Kevin Hatchard:
No, I’m not sure I do. It’s a game I’m not madly keen on just because it’s a set of numbers that I don’t particularly like. But I think if you’re going to go for anything the under four at -105 looks good probably. I think Alex is probably right. I think if they do manage to take control of the game early then it becomes a relatively routine. Well Augsburg are dangerous though when they’re boosted by the fact that they won the reverse fixture 1-0, whether that will put a little bit of fire in Bayern’s belly, we’ll see. I think if you’re looking at this, you look at the individual goalscorers, I guess. You keep an eye on the team news and then you take your pick, I think from those Bayern players. Might look at Bayern’s win and both teams to score.
I did have reservations about Bayern and how big their win would be last week. And Stuttgart to be fair, I commentated on that game. I thought Stuttgart played well as well especially in the second half. I thought they worked really hard, they pressed Bayern, made life tough for them physically, they matched them and I thought that was a decent performance. It’s a tricky one with Bayern especially off the back of that Champions League game.
Flash:
I was a little bit disappointed in Bayern because they should have been four up and obviously I did listen to your commentary and you was a bit too happy for my liking. When they got the… The goal was seven minutes to go because you knew that we might bank out, it was at -1.5. How dare you do your job professionally and not think of me? Let’s have a little look at the official Soccer picks please. It’s Bayern versus Augsburg and for me Augsburg team total under/over 0.5 +105. I mean this is a routine 2-0, 3-0 but don’t expect no fives. Bayern under four and half at -124. Alex also, I do like Sadio Mane score anytime goalscorer because he will get chances and I’m sure there’s some goals and him they go together like pinky and perky. I don’t know where that came from.
Let’s move on to game number three. Get yourselves in the chat. Bassman Bayern to win and both teams to score. Wash your mouth out and before you ask, no I’m not wearing a Frankfurt shirt even though it really does look well. Frankfurt -120, Kev, hosting Stuttgart +315. I thought this was a really, really tricky game because the draws at +280, the under/over is at two and a half with the over at -115. I think we see goals here. You asked me for a winner, I couldn’t give it to you.
Kevin Hatchard:
Yeah, what starts with T ends in P and has RNA in the middle? I think this is-
Flash:
And what starts with T ends in P and has RAT in the middle?
Kevin Hatchard:
Yeah, very good. See what you did there. Look, I think this is tricky and the only reason I say that, Frankfurt are the firm favorites, they’re the right favorites, there’s no doubt about that. But Stuttgart played with real vigor last week. Bruno Labbadia, the coach had asked for a response. He was desperately disappointed with that defeat at Schalke in the way that they played and that was a really good response last week. And if Tanguy Koulibaly puts the header away, then it’s 2-2 and suddenly the cycle race is different and Stuttgart got a bit of a boost. So I think that’s the way for them to continue to play in a physical way to try and match the opposition. They’ll have to do that again against Frankfurt.
And the only thing you’d say about Frankfurt is that they have an enormous Champions League game coming up against Napoli. Nobody’s really giving them a chance of turning that one around in Italy but they won’t see it that way. So they might rest a few. They won’t rest Randal Kolo Muani because he’s suspended for that second game. So Frankfurt as I say, they’re rightfully the favorites but this one’s a bit tricky.
Flash:
Yeah, it is very tricky and Alex that’s why you’re getting that -120. You have faith in the home side but do you see them maybe the better value if you fancy Frankfurt is they don’t keep a clean sheet and it’s Frankfurt to win and both teams to score?
Alex:
I don’t think that they give themselves chances in the second leg with Napoli. I really do think that they will put together their best starting lineup against Stuttgart because they are just three points under the top four. If you see Stuttgart’s away form, it is atrocious like we talked about Bochum. They have zero wins. This is the only team in the league who hasn’t won match on the road all season long and they’re averaging two plus goals allowed on the road. Eintracht at home they’re good, they improved, they’re coming after four wins in a row. I think that with the best starting lineup in front of their fans, there is no way and this is why it’s… I understand you guys saying that this match is a trap just because Stuttgart played better than they usually do against Bayern but they were at home. So one match doesn’t change anything in my opinion.
Look at Gladbach how they played Bayern and look what followed after that. So I think that Stuttgart in this way, they will not even win a single match on the road till the end of the season. So I’m taking Eintracht because they still have a chance for a top four finish and the Champions League spot. And I really think that they don’t give themselves chance against Napoli next week. So Eintracht for me at -120.
Flash:
Okay and over two and a half goals at -115, I see Frankfurt win this game. They win 2-1. Stuttgart score. And I saw Stuttgart’s belief grow before my very eyes last week when it was all of a sudden, “Okay we’re in this game even though we’re 2-0 down.” I think both teams score and over as well. If you wanted to go for around the +120 +125. Let’s have a little look at the official picks.
Alex:
And Kolo Muani +165 to be anytime scorer.
Flash:
ATS, anytime scorer. Kolo Muani around +160 165. But Frankfurt money line, he’s not going to be budged. He’s a greedy man. He’s taken it at -120 when you probably would’ve expected it to have been maybe -135 but -120 is going to suck you in. Let’s move on to game number four because you will be polarized here because Hertha are absolutely shocking unless I bet them at +190, Mainz at +145. I went -1 free hit they win 1-0. I cannot believe they didn’t get a second draw got +245. The under/over is set at two and a half with the over -115. Alex try and pick the bones out of this because I cannot trust the home side and Mainz are not the same side on the road. Dare I say it that this could well be a draw at +245.
Alex:
Mainz not the same side on the road but you must give them a… They entered this match with great confidence after four wins in a row. Like you said, they deserve the more than one goal against Hoffenheim. They are scoring goals for fun lately. We said it last week that we love their attacking approach and I don’t think that on their own they will stick to a defensive one. They will try to take advantage of Hertha’s ups and downs. Yes, Hertha at home-
Flash:
More downs than up though Alex?
Alex:
Yeah, but at home, okay they’re performing a bit better lately. 4-1 against Gladbach, 2-0 against Augsburg. So this is why I think that here, head to head, I’m going with Kevin but I still think that we might not draw with goals, 2-2 draw with goals. I think that the values absolutely on the goals, on the team total goals market for both teams. I really think that Mainz have the better chance to score more goals than Hertha, to return home with at least one point. This is why I’m going with Mainz total team goals over 1.5 at +130.
Flash:
I don’t see how this goal stays under three goals. Already done. So over two and a half goals at -115 because listen, Hertha could win this game 3-1. Mainz could win this game 3-1. It could be 3-2. It could be 2-2. Kev, I see nothing but Hertha thinking, “We are at home. We can out strength them.” And Mainz they don’t take a backward step so +160 Hertha score twice, Mainz +130 to score twice.
Kevin Hatchard:
Yeah, the home side that intrigues me here. I think +160 for them to score a couple of goals here is great and the reason I say that is the recent performances at home. There were ever so good against Gladbach, got the big win. Got a couple of goals against Augsburg, that was a really important step forward as well. And Sandro Schwarz, had faith in him all season. I’m glad that they’ve stuck with him even though he has had spells where it’s looked really, really bad and they are very much in this relegation battle. Mainz I’ve covered a fair bit recently. I think they’re a great side, I do like them. But they give you chances and defensively I’m not always sure about them, especially on the road. And look this could be 3-3. This could be anything.
For me, I’d like to take the result out of it and I’m happy to just back Hertha score a couple of goals because I think they’ve managed to energize that crowd which is a hard thing to do sometimes in Berlin but they’ve managed to do that in the last couple of home games and I think they’ll see this as a real opportunity.
Flash:
Yeah I’ll make it a hundred percent right. I think you have got to forget Hertha at +190 which will shock, because he’s saying Flash is going to roll with Hertha at +190. I don’t think I’ll go with Hertha again because they don’t play Gladbach or Freiburg and Mainz-
Alex:
The only thing here Flash is on his Steve voice again doubtful. But I don’t know how if I pronounced him correct, Ajorque?
Flash:
Ajorque, yeah.
Alex:
Ajorque. He’s doing a good job boy, I like him. I really enjoy watching him. Hopefully Onisiwo will transform from doubtful to fully fit for this match.
Flash:
Okay, let’s have a little look at the official picks because we are expecting goals. Remember the over two and half at -115 it’s not going to get you rich but it looks like the way to go. But then again, I don’t see clean sheets so maybe both teams to score and over two and half goals is the way to go. Hertha team total over one and half, for Kev at +160 then for Alex it’s Mainz team total over one half at +130, roll on the 2-2. But again both teams are scoring over. We are around the +115 +120.
Let’s move on to game number five because I am loving this game. It’s Leipzig at -240. Don’t worry about that. Gladbach at +600 draw +400. The under/over is set up three with the over being -120. Leipzig completely outclassed Dortmund last week, who miles better side but they got beat because it was on a Friday night and you’ve got to go with the home side. And the referee found a way to give them a penalty. But for me, all joking apart, Leipzig too sharp and there’s no backward step now for this RB Leipzig side. They’ve got to win games and they cannot slip up even though they’ve got Champions League coming up. Alex Leipzig, what’s the way we find value? They beat Gladbach. I’m not having Gladbach. So Leipzig half-time, full time?
Alex:
We are talking about one of the best teams at home against one of the worst teams on the road. So of course two different objectives here. Leipzig still with mathematical chances I think for the title or at least for a top four finish and the Champions League spot and Gladbach their mid-table, many ups and downs. Like you said more downs than ups lately. They beat Bayern and after that they looked atrocious against Mainz on the road. You don’t know what to expect from them.
I do tend to leave this game away because yes, Gladbach are very bad on the road but they put some good performances against the top six, winning three and losing three all season long. So I would rather stay away. I really like that +1.5 to be honest for Gladbach but I want to see some lineups first because like you mentioned Leipzig has a Champions League match next week. I don’t know. Maybe Leipzig should think that they want to put a game to bed in the first half and after that rotating the second half or something like that to give some time to their key players for a little bit of a rest before the Champions League game. But -1.5 no, at +115 no under any circumstances. -240 money line like you said maybe halftime, full time is the way to go here.
Flash:
+110. I see Leipzig coming out the traps here. See it may be 1-0, 2-0 at halftime because let’s face it, Leipzig ain’t winning no Champions League. They cannot drop points anymore after their defeat last week to Dortmund. Obviously Dortmund are going to then play Bayern so they’re all going to be able to… But they’ve got to do their job first, Kev and with the matchup here, Gladbach don’t defend, Leipzig good movement, good intricate passing. I see them being 2-0 up early so I’ve gone with halftime full-time at +110.
Kevin Hatchard:
I think if you’re going to back Leipzig, that probably is the way to go. I share Alex’s concern here about Gladbach because if you look at their performances against the big hitters, yes most of them have been at home but they have shown they can race their game and what they’ve also shown is the teams that let them play and Leipzig do let you play because they want to force the pace themselves. They do tend to cause problems on the counter and I think they did exactly that in the reverse fixture. They were able to beat Leipzig 3-0 and that was pretty early in Marco Rose’s reign and this is just a bit awkward. It may well be, you’re right that Leipzig cancer and they went it comfortably. There’s no Christopher Nkunku he’s injured so that’s a problem and we’ll have to see what the team news is.
I do think they’ll prioritize the Champions League. I do. I think they’ll see that still as a massive game for them. So we’ll see. I think they’re fair favorites that minus one and a half at +115 probably is a bit trappy. So it’s not one for me but I can completely understand why you would go Leipzig halftime, full-time.
Flash:
Yeah, I’ve just gone with maybe 2-0 and then obviously it takes out the minus one and a half over 95 minutes because Gladbach, you know what they’re like. They wait for the horse to bolt before they close the door and it’s almost like they’ll get a goal and I’m going to have a sweaty last 10, 15 minutes because as you say, they’ve got good pace, good individual talent because they’re not a team, they are reliant on the individuals going and doing something. Let’s have a little look at the official picks. Andre Silva will score no matter what here.
Kevin Hatchard:
Lets hope you’re right.
Flash:
Let’s hope he gets two very early on because Leipzig halftime full-time at +110. Moving on-
Alex:
We know that Nkunku will come back before the Champions League match, Kevin?
Kevin Hatchard:
Highly unlikely.
Flash:
Will he come back before he signs and goes to Chelsea? Because since the Chelsea thing we’ve not seen him, which is obviously a bit conspiracy theory but-
Kevin Hatchard:
No he’s been injured, he sat well-
Flash:
But how bad has he been injured? You know what I mean?
Kevin Hatchard:
Really bad.
Alex:
Yeah, but he came back and after that what?
Kevin Hatchard:
He had a really bad knee injury. They’ve admitted they pushed him too hard. Basically they played him for too long against Dortmund on Friday and he’s never going to want to come off. But the problem he’s got is he’s been out for a long time with the knee problem and then he’s had muscle injury since then, which can happen especially with the number of sprints that Leipzig have. So I don’t think there’s any conspiracy theory in it. I don’t think there’s anything to do with the Chelsea move.
Flash:
Let’s not let the truth get in the way of a good story, Kev.
Kevin Hatchard:
Do you know there are lots of good stories we can tell?
Flash:
Exactly and the best story is Leipzig halftime full-time at +110. Let’s move on to game number six of seven. We’re going up long great yet it’s all content and no rubbish. Freiburg -110 at home against Hoffenheim at +280. Straight away, you got to look at the under or over to a half and the over is at -125. Not for me, thank you. Because Hoffenheim are creating chances, not taking them admittedly. But they are trying to keep the back door closed, which is so unlike Hoffenheim and I’m not trusting Freiburg because again Freiburg very, very busy, haven’t got strength in depth. Kev draw is at +270. I don’t see the away side getting beat here because I think the Hoffenheim are technically better and I’m thinking Freiburg may well be gassed out, come match time.
Kevin Hatchard:
Yeah, I think that’s the key. I think if you were coming to this without Juventus being involved in midweek you’d say Freiburg minus 1 cents a good price. I think it probably is still a good price if that’s the way you’re leaning. But the tricky thing is how much will the Juventus game and we don’t know what the results of that is of course at the moment, but how much will Juventus game take out of them? They’re going to give it a full go. This is a great opportunity for the club to really do something historic and let’s not forget that Union Berlin set the bar high by knocking Ajax out and if Freiburg were to then knock Juventus out of the Europa League, that would be absolutely wild. So they’ll prioritize that of course, but they’ll still want to qualify for the Champions League for next season, which would be a monumental achievement.
So this is important. It is a Derby of sorts, certainly Hoffenheim see it that way even if Freiburg fans don’t necessarily. So this is a trappy one for me. I think if you want a back fry book to win at -110, I think that’s absolutely fair enough. Hoffenheim form is awful, has been for a long, long time. Pellegrino Matarazzo has lost every game since coming in. Yes there have been flickers of good performance but it’s not one for me but if I had to have a bet Freiburg at -110 would be the one.
Flash:
I’m getting -110, Alex on Hoffenheim not to get beat so a double chance. I’ve got this game 1-1, 1-2 but again the under two and also +105, I was tempted to go that way. I think this is going to be maybe lack of energy from the home side and Hoffenheim don’t know where they are. So they’re caught between two stalls.
Alex:
What is bad for Pellegrino Matarazzo here is the fact that Hoffenheim are not scoring, they fail to find the back of the net in their last three. And if you look back, yes they were losing games but they were scoring goals. This is a problem. It’s very concerning right now. And like you said, I really think that we will see another Europa League effect, another midweek Europa League effect. Like what happened to Union Berlin. For the first time in their history in the knockout stages of the European competition, they failed to score in the last three games in Bundesliga. I’m talking about Union Berlin. I think that the same thing will happen to Freiburg also because they will put all their energy into this match against Juventus. A huge match in their history in my opinion. And I think that the way to go here is under 2.5 goals +105.
I think that the drawing is on the card, the halftime drawing is on the card also here. But the under plus money at +105 is absolutely, absolutely tempting. So I think that this will be a boring game. Yes, Hoffenheim will look and they will say, “Okay this is our opportunity to win some games, to at least to take a point out of this game.” Like Kev said, if there wasn’t a midweek European match, Freiburg would go all the way, like how Hoffenheim are playing right now. But with them being involved and it’s a Thursday night football game, not even a Tuesday or a Wednesday, you know have only three days in between and not even those three days full. So hundred 2.5 I would go with that.
Flash:
Yeah, I think Hoffenheim basically, I think they’ll grow into the game. And the other thing we’ve got to bring into account and obviously we’re doing this prior to the Freiburg European exploits, is the knocks injuries. It doesn’t give a long time for, if you get a dead leg, that’s it, you are out, you get a kick, you’re not going to be right, you might have to run it off at the first half an hour. I see Hoffenheim growing into this game and I certainly don’t see them getting beat. Let’s have a little look at the official pick. Although I have been wrong so far with Freiburg since I said I want to blank them. Hoffenheim, nine double chance -125. But you can see that it is basically double chance at -110 plus half. So just have a little look around rather than take the double chance at -125. Go to betus.com and take Hoffenheim plus half… What was it? -110 -115. Who else? [foreign language 00:30:26] Is it Morgen’s? Only Morgen for me though, it’s a [foreign language 00:30:32]
Alex:
Yeah, exactly. Okay leave.
Flash:
Okay, leave it. Something’s gone on there. I’ve got me stuck with… No I’ve got me Frankfurt shirt on. Okay, let’s move on. Let’s move on to game number seven because I love a big price one here. Get yourselves into the chat. It’s Werder Bremen a +220, Leverkusen +110. That could be good enough for people to say, “Okay, let’s not complicate it.” But these are funky at home Werder Bremen, they like to score goals and that’s why we’ve got a goal line at three. The over three is at +105. The under three I think may well be redundant. The draw is at +285. Let’s go here Kev. Werder Bremen score goals, they’re +145 to score twice but Leverkusen don’t keep clean sheets but they score goals and they’re at -115 to score twice.
Kevin Hatchard:
Yeah, any game that involves Leverkusen, the alarm goes off because I find them so difficult to read. I think they’ve had some really good performances lately, thought they shredded hair, shred a lot teams to play like that, especially down that right-hand side, Diaby and Frimpong-
Flash:
Is he in the best form of his career?
Kevin Hatchard:
Frimpong or Diaby?
Flash:
Or both. Frimpong’s coming out of the wilderness.
Kevin Hatchard:
Look, I think Frimpong’s been great largely since he’s been there. Certainly going forward he’s still got a lot to learn defensively but I think Frimpong’s been a really big hit. Diaby I think has benefited from the return of Florian Wirtz. I think he plays better when Wirtz is in that role and pulling the strings. There was one great pass against TE from Florian Wirtz for one of the goals. So they’re dangerous but again they’ve got Ferencvaros in the Europa League on Thursday. And the Europa League is absolutely their priority this season, or it should be. They ain’t going to qualify for Europe through the league. I don’t think there’s any way that happens. I don’t trust them to put together the kind of run you would need to make that happen. So then it’s about what they do in the Europa League. So let’s see what their energy’s like. Let’s see what knocks they’ve got. But I think if you’re going to go for anything, goals is the way to go because they’re to play front foot and Leverkusen I think will be drawn into a bit of a shootout.
Flash:
And Leverkusen scored twice at -115. Alex, I like Leverkusen. I think they’ll have an armchair ride against the Hungarian team in Europe, but I like the three boys and now Schick’s coming back as well. I do like Wirtz, I do like Diaby, I do like Frimpong and you still can’t rule out though Leverkusen and letting a goal in. So I’ve got Bremen scoring. Both teams scoring over is definitely a runner.
Alex:
Yeah, they have a great base on the wings, the Leverkusen. They have a great attack, great creativity, so they have all the weapons to score goals and Werder Bremen is that kind of team that they love to play against. Werder Bremen loves to play on the front foot. They will lead some gaps at the back and Leverkusen are one of the teams that will score you goals if you do that against them. Obviously I’m not going for the direct win of Leverkusen because of their Europa League match and I think that Werder has the weapons to score goals against the Leverkusen. So I’m just going with that team total market over 1.5 because Leverkusen should be able to score even with a little bit of a squad rotation here in this match after Europa League.
It all depends on the result from today, basically. If they will destroy Ferencvaros, there is no doubt that we’ll see two players maximum out but not more than that. It’ll be a close fight today 1,-1, 2-1 and Ferencvaros still has chances in the second leg. I think that we’ll see more players out. So it’s a lineup check in my opinion. This is why I’m just going for the team total here because no matter who is coming from the benches, I still think that Leverkusen can score twice against Werder.
Flash:
Yeah, I agree. I think Leverkusen score a minimum of two because of the way that Werder play. Let’s have a look at the official picks of our final game because I found a lovely number that I’m really confident with. Listen, Leverkusen win in by keeping clean sheet, winning 1-0. So I’ve got me Leverkusen to win and both teams to score that +260. So if I die by the sword because they win the game but they keep a clean sheet, then listen, that’s as rare as Halleys’s comet. You’ve gone with Leverkusen team total over 1.5 at – 115. So there’s our seven games. Time now for a quick Q and A just Leverkusen to lead first half, so it is a bit risky because Werder do come out the traps. They are at home and they are a funny old side, as I said, they were funky. Being funky with America’s favorite sportsbook.

Okay, quick question Flash, Alex, bring back the no clean sheets. Probables Freiburg to have a shot on goal versus Union. If there’s not really any question, I think we’ve covered it.
Alex:
Flash little bit on that because-
Flash:
No. Because there’s no need. If you didn’t want to bet it, why should we talk about it? For me Schalke at +470, I would go with them all day every day. Okay, if you wanted to talk about it, you would’ve put your money down. You’re not confident. That tells us everything. What do you think? Here we go. Is this your little mate now? De says, what do you think of Schalke versus Dortmund? Kev?
Kevin Hatchard:
I think it’s a trap. I think it’s-
Flash:
Yeah I do. I love Schalke. Schalke draw, no bet. Schalke double chance, Schalke to win at home-
Alex:
Shut up.
Kevin Hatchard:
I think the awkward thing is that Schalke have obviously really improved. However, who have they played would be the question. They’ve played teams in and around them. When they played Leipzig they got absolutely torn apart 6-1. So it’s a nightmare to tip anyway because it’s a Riffa Derby. So it’s very, very difficult to see which way this one will go.
I am actually adding something but it’s not from that game. I want to add Wolfsburg over one and a half team total at what +150 against Union Berlin. And the reason for that Wolfsburg have scored at least twice in 11 of their last 14 Bundesliga games at home. They play on the front foot, they attack. Union, we don’t know what’s going to happen against Union Saint-Gilloise in the Europa League but win, lose or draw, they’re going to have to put huge amount of effort into that game and I think they’ll go to Lower Saxony tired, jaded. They’ll have a couple of changes I think to the team and I think Wolfsburg had a free week to prepare for this. We’ll be able to match them physically and we’ll be able to score a couple of goals. So I’m going to go Wolfsburg +150 over one and a half team total.
Flash:
Okay, let’s have a little look at all the best bets please. And remember we’ve got to start off with Kevin add-in. So Kevin’s added Wolfsburg over one and a half team goals against Union at +150. Koln -1 +115. Looks like the best bet on the card other than maybe that yellow one of Mainz, adds our team total over one and half at +160 brings in Alex’s Mainz team total over one and half at +130. Bayern an under four and half at -120. Frankfurt money line -120. That’s either the gift or the trap. Leverkusen team total over one and a half -115 correlates with my Leverkusen and both teams to score at +260. Hoffenheim double chance – 125 although you can do Hoffenheim plus half, I think it’s -110 -115. Leipzig halftime full-time +110 against Gladbach and the yellow Augsburg team total duck egg not to score at +105.
The bankers have been so kind to us in Germany so let’s hope that does continue. Please thumbs up on the way out. Really appreciate Sunny Show too though, because we’ve still got Serie A and we’ve got La Liga today. Alex is going to go off and get a cup of coffee and another haircut and then he will be sitting in that chair for Serie A as well because Matty can’t make it. But Kev, have a great weekend. I’ll be looking forward to listening to you. Alex, I’ll see you very soon. From everyone at Bet US have a great… I think he’s muted. Have a great weekend from everyone at Bet US and if you want to get involved in the Derby, all the value is with Schalke. You take care.
