When Khamzat Chimaev missed weight Friday for his bout with Nate Diaz in Las Vegas by 7.5 pounds on Saturday, UFC 279 was sent into a tilt-a-whirl.
Spinning, spinning, spinning and how would the Saturday card wind up being presentable, let alone strong? BetUS has all the updated odds on the biggest bouts on the card in Sin City.
The powers that be went to work and they came up with a new trifecta of bouts at the top of the UFC 279 card.
Diaz now heads into the final bout of his UFC contract against Tony Ferguson.
Ferguson had been scheduled to fight Li Jingliang. The change impacted Jingliang, who now will meet Daniel Rodriguez.
Chimaev will go in the co-feature, against Kevin Holland.
