Ulberg Puts on Clinic vs Jung
Speaking of having a serious striking edge, Carlos Ulberg is one of the best UFC picks to win on Saturday. Not only has he won four straight bouts, but three came via knockout. And Jung is not much better than the guys he’s beaten. The Korean underdog is a decent all-arounder, but he’s not that great in one area. And that’s a problem against Ulberg.
The New Zealander trains with Israel Adesanya and is a potent kickboxer like him. He averages a whopping 8.13 significant strikes per minute with a 62% striking accuracy. As bloated as these stats are, it’s also an indication of how advanced this striker is. Those betting online should include him in parlays and/or bet this prop for a better value.
Carlos Ulberg has found his stride in the UFC Light Heavyweight division with 4 straight victories ⚔️.

Pedro Introduces Pain to ‘The Pleasureman’
Anton Turkalj might call himself “The Pleasureman,” but Tyson Pedro will bring the pain. The UFC betting odds are a bit off here as oddsmakers consider this a 50/50 fight. It’s not. Pedro is a superior striker and athlete. He’ll have a significant advantage on the feet and Turkalj is not powerful enough as a grappler to assert that area of the fight.
What’s most likely to happen here is that Pedro will keep this fight standing. Sure, he didn’t look that great in the Modestas Bukauskas fight. And Ilir Latifi took him down four times about six years ago. But Pedro has solid takedown defense and is 6-2 when fighting on home soil. At +140, this is a shrewd prop to bet online. Pedro will knock Turkalj out.
Adesanya Patiently Destroys Strickland
As for the main event, Israel Adesanya is a wide favorite to trash Sean Strickland at -650. This is a ridiculous line and has been bet down from his opener of -420. We have no doubt that Adesanya will beat up his loud-mouthed counterpart. But instead of betting him straight, there is a shrewd bet here: Adesanya to win by knockout or decision at -375.
This line is too good to not bet as Adesanya will not win by submission.
- Pick: Israel Adesanya By KO/TKO/DQ or Decision (-375)
Now, there is a good chance Adesanya knocks out Strickland at some point. He may be playing it cool by letting Strickland trash talk and make all the UFC news. But deep down, the “Stylebender” is aching to embarrass his opponent. He’s much faster, longer (four-inch reach advantage) and versatile on the feet.
See a trend with Ulberg and Pedro? But while they will knock their opponents, Adesanya may just pick Strickland apart en route to a one-sided decision. This is a five-round fight and Strickland is tough despite Adesanya saying he “doesn’t have the chin.” At plus odds, these props are worth betting.
- Pick: Israel Adesanya By Decision or Technical Decision (+140)
- Pick: Fight To Go The Distance (+110)
