We can’t quite believe Kron Gracie has been given another chance, especially on a pay-per-view card, but his last name earned him a spot to fight Bryce Mitchell.
UFC 310 odds have Mitchell at -950, and rightfully so, against 5-2 Gracie, who has a habit of shooting for takedowns for the entire fight.
It might not be the most exciting fight, but Mitchell is a full-tilt fighter who could make something happen out of nothing, and we’re here for it with our UFC predictions.

Mitchell vs Gracie Betting Analysis
American Gets Perfect Opponent
Following a loss to Josh Emmett, who is a powerhouse, Mitchell gets a much more favorable opponent in Gracie.
Gracie won’t fire a shot on Saturday, which should allow Mitchell to control the fight on the feet and land the telling blows. He might not win via knockout, but we can’t see him losing.
The -950 favorite with is 16-3, and he has recorded some top wins in the UFC, including decision wins over Dan Ige and Edson Barboza. Mitchell is a good wrestler, but he also knows how to win with consistent striking.

Gracie, on the other hand, is one of the most one-dimensional fighters in the industry, and Mitchell won’t play into his mind games.
“I think he’s [Gracie] very tough, very durable,” Mitchell remarked. “I don’t take him lightly.”
It’s good not to take your opponent lightly, but Mitchell is the overwhelmingly short favorite for good reason, and he’s well worth including in UFC parlays at the odds.

Can Gracie Cause an Upset?
We’re not sold on the prospect of Gracie, who is a 36-year-old fighter with only seven fights on his record.
He made a good start to his career with five consecutive wins, but he comes off consecutive losses to Cub Swanson and Charles Jourdain. He threw good punches against Jourdain, but he never looked like a winning hope.
A member of the legendary Gracie family, he was always going to get his chance to impress in the UFC, but we don’t think he’s a main-card fighter. It’s a shame to see a fighter priced at +575 on the main card, and we don’t think he stands a chance.
Gracie will try to wrestle from the outset. He knows he can’t trade with Mitchell, and it’s fair to say Mitchell’s wrestling is on par with that of Gracie. Therefore, we’re not interested in the underdog odds with Gracie, and we’re confidently backing against him with our UFC expert betting picks .
Mitchell to Grind Out Victory
Online betting odds have Mitchell at -175 to win by decision, which is the likely outcome.
He could get frustrated with the way Gracie fights, but after losing his last fight, Mitchell will be happy with getting out unscathed with the win.
We can’t see Mitchell or Gracie winning by KO or submission, and with it being a three-round fight, it’s likely to be in the hands of the judges.
Bet: Mitchell by Decision (-175)
