Niko Price KO Headlines UFC 264 Undercard Props
We can’t wait for UFC 264, which will feature Conor McGregor-Dustin Poirier III. Not only is the main card packed with excellent fights, so is the undercard.
It’s not often you get the likes of Carlos Condit vs Max Griffin, Nico Price vs Michel Pereira, and Ryan Hall vs Ilia Topuria on an undercard, so it’s a feast of prime UFC action.

The online sportsbook has prop betting markets for every undercard fight and we have found the best value bets.
Carlos Condit vs Max Griffin
There is plenty of hype surrounding Griffin following his knockout wins over Kenan Song and Ramiz Brahimaj. He faces one of the toughest welterweights around.
Condit is 32-13 and he comes off a tough decision win over Matt Brown. Prior to that, he scored a decision win over Court McGee, so he has faced much stronger opponents than Griffin.
The wins were a good way to bounce back after consecutive submission defeats in 2018. Griffin isn’t much of a submission threat, so we expect this fight to stay standing.

The power advantage is clearly with Griffin, but Condit will pick his spots and frustrate the 35-year-old. His lack of experience against top-level opponents could show up and we expect Condit to get the job done.
It will likely be a decision win for Condit, which pays +275. We’re more than happy to take those odds, especially for a three-round fight.
Pick: Condit by decision +275
Niko Price vs Michel Pereira
It hasn’t been the easiest of times for Price, but we’re predicting the American to cause an upset at UFC 264.
The 31-year-old was knocked out by Vincente Luque in 2020 before having a no-contest against Donald Cerrone. It’s not the same form we saw in 2019, which included knockout wins over Tim Means and James Vick, but his workout camp has been excellent.

He fights Pereira, who is being touted as a potential champion by his conditioning coach Rafael Alejarra.
“He’s not just an attraction, he’s destined to win the belt,” Alejarra told MMA Fighting. “His fight with Khaos Williams proves that. There was no showboating, nothing. It was a serious fight. We knew how important that fight was, the dangers that the opponent presented.”
There is little doubt Pereira has the ability to end this fight quickly, but we think Price is the more dangerous fighter. He has underrated power and we can’t pass up the +260 odds to win by KO, TKO or submission.
UFC betting markets offer -180 for the fight not to go the distance, which is the likely outcome.
Pick: Price by KO +260
Ryan Hall vs Ilia Topuria
There is a sense of unknown about this fight as unbeaten favorite Ilia Topuria faces 8-1 Ryan Hall.
Topuria is 12 years younger than Hall and is making his third UFC start. The German native is supremely confident of a victory.
“I have no respect for him in any area – on the feet, on the ground, anywhere,” Topuria said. “Since I was little I’ve been grappling. I train with 30 black belts. Nothing that he’s going to do will surprise me. And finishing him, that wouldn’t surprise me either.”
He has a title shot in mind, but Ryan Hall is no pushover. The Ultimate Fighter 22 winner comes off a decision win over the experienced Darren Elkins, so he has proven that he can go the full three rounds.
However, Topuria looked explosive when knocking out Damon Jackson and a repeat of that performance could be on the cards. He is +105 to score via KO, TKO, or submission, and we expect those odds to firm.
He has stated that he’ll take winning by decision, but we believe Topuria is out to make a statement on the biggest stage in MMA.
