UFC 283 Parlay to Fill Your Pockets

Brazil Plays Host to the First PPV of the Year

UFC 283 is packed with top-level fights, including the main event between Glover Teixeira vs Jamahal Hill.

However, it’s not included in our UFC 283 parlay, which has three of the best bets across the entire event.

Featuring in our parlay is Johnny Walker vs Paul Craig, Mauricio Rua vs Ihor Potieria, and Ismael Bonfim vs Terrance McKinney, and the UFC betting markets are being generous.

Let’s check the latest UFC news, stats, and UFC lines for UFC 283 Parlay. We’ve got plenty of UFC picks for you to consider.

McKinney Looking for Sub

We think McKinney has a big future and that’s based on his impressive form since arriving in the UFC.

The American defeated Fares Ziam and Erick Gonzalez, and although he lost to Drew Dober, he bounced back in style with a Round 1 submission victory.

He will attempt to use his grappling on Saturday to get the better of Bonfim, who is 18-3, but is making his UFC debut and we don’t like this situation.

Bonfim wins mostly by decision and McKinney is looking to finish.

“I was happy with it, because on paper it seems like it’s going to be a close match,” McKinney said. “I like that, so when I do dominate, there’s no choice but to give me a ranked opponent after this — someone in the top-15.

I’ve watched his videos, I think he’s a decision machine, but he likes to get down. I think that’s going to play in my favor.”

Bettors get excellent odds with the sportsbook. McKinney is paying -130, so he could get the parlay off to a winning start.

  • Pick: Terrance McKinney -130

Rua To Retire with a Bang

Shogun Rua is hanging up his gloves after UFC 283, but the 41-year-old has every chance to win the fight against Potieria.

Rua hasn’t fought since losing to Ovince Saint Preux last year. Despite his most recent win coming in 2020, he will have a roaring crowd behind him and he’s not taking his last fight cheaply.

“I’m studying a lot his fights,” Rua said. “He is a southpaw and very aggressive. Of course, I have to be cautious, but my nature will always push me to try to win via knockout.”

The 27-13-1 fighter is a legend of the sport and Potieria hasn’t yet fought in the UFC, so there is a huge class difference.

UFC odds have Rua at +165 to complete the fairytale finish and we think it’s going to happen. We don’t like laying -210 for Potieria, who is an unknown at this level.

  • Pick: Shogun Rua +165

Walker Back to His Best

The hype train was chugging with Walker in the early stages of his career, but after submitting Ion Cutelaba at UFC 279, he’s back in business.

The 30-year-old Brazilian was knocked out by Hill in February, so it was a good rebound fight and he’s good enough to possibly fight for a title in 2023.

He faces Craig, who lost to Volkan Oezdemir in July and we don’t think that’s the strongest form. He couldn’t follow up a win over Nikita Krylov, but he owns a win over Hill.

He is the only fighter to beat Hill and it came with a first-round knockout, so we understand the betting support for the +160 underdog. His odds have firmed a touch but most of the money has come for Walker.

We’re including Walker in our parlay. He’s explosive at best and a fighter with plenty of upside.

  • Pick: Johnny Walker -200
