The Miami heat will shine down on Dana White’s roster of fighters this weekend, but nothing will burn harder when this UFC 314 schedule of absolute bangers sets the roof on fire with constant high-level MMA action!

You already know what time it is; As the most experienced, successful, and dedicated combat sports handicapper at BetUS, I’m back with my favorite UFC bets for UFC 314, and said analysis is perfect for crafting your UFC weekend parlay!

Enough talking; In the words of Bruce Buffer, ‘It’s Time!

Top 2 Parlay Picks for UFC 314 Miami

1. Dan Ige vs Sean Woodson: Bet Woodson -175

Dan Ige has always fought the best of the best at featherweight, and he’s no stranger to falling short (Cheap shot) regarding physical characteristics. This has resulted in a 10-8 UFC record, and although he’s a company man we can all respect, all of his losses have been against fighters who’re larger than he is.

Unfortunately for Ige, his weekend opponent, Sean Woodson, will be the longest foe of his career. Moreover, Woodson utilizes his size better than most, and should he fight long and smart, it’s difficult to give the small king a clear path to victory.

Small Kings for the L

Apologies to my small kings out there, but a 5’6” Dan Ige, who’ll enter Saturday’s UFC 314 event with a seven-inch reach disadvantage, alongside the eight-inch height difference, will struggle to break the distance and make it a dirty boxing scrap where he thrives best.

Woodson is a smooth operator at range, as he knows precisely how to utilize his size/range to his advantage. I’ve watched Woodson complete a game plan with great footwork, beautiful clinch work when opponents get close, and a probing jab that can dictate the scorecards versus smaller foes alone.

Regarding free UFC picks, I couldn’t think of a better price than Woodson’s -175 moneyline price. Power and pure boxing might favor ‘50K,’ but size matters, even if your girlfriend states otherwise.

Bet This Pick: Sean Woodson (-175)

2. Darren Elkins vs Julian Erosa: Bet Erosa -300

What year is it? Am I seeing this right? Darren Elkins is still an active competitor, on a UFC pay-per-view in 2025… What a time to be alive!

No disrespect to Elkins; the 41-year-old is riding a two-fight win streak. However, with a fellow veteran in Julian Erosa as his weekend opponent, I’m struggling to see how the wrestling-heavy O.G. can overcome the speed, striking power, and dangerous jiu-jitsu of an opponent with equal experience and more miles remaining on the clock!

How Does Julian Erosa Lose?

Elkins will need to wrestle. He’s so slow and lethargic during striking exchanges that he could be in trouble if he remains standing for too long. Erosa has lethal striking and BJJ. He’s won 7 of his last 10 UFC bouts versus a notably higher level of competition, and aside from a questionable chin, he doesn’t present enough flaws for the aging vet to capitalize on and back with our UFC parlay picks tonight.

I’m not in love with UFC picks and parlays that involve juice on a fighter whose 7 UFC losses have been 86% via KO/TKO. However, Erosa’s durability won’t be in trouble against Elkins, a fighter who’s so slow during striking exchanges that it would take a miracle for him to become a legitimate knockout threat.

Bet This Pick: Erosa Moneyline (-300)
