UFC Atlanta Punching Parlay Picks: My Top Bets for June 14

It’s that time of the week where I gather my favorite UFC bets and wager them in unison to create the most legendary parlay in MMA today…. ‘The Punching Parlay.’
This weekend, we have a UFC Atlanta card to dissect, and although there’s a lot of juice stemming from several heavy favorites, I’ve found the perfect parlay selections to help boost your bankroll!
Let’s get it!

Top 2 UFC Atlanta Parlay Picks This Weekend
1. Mansur Abdul-Malik vs Cody Brundage: Abdul-Malik by KO (-335)
If you have losses on your record to William Knight, Nick Maximov, and Sedriques Dumas, I’m sorry, but you aren’t cut out for the UFC. Surprisingly, this is the case for Cody Brundage, and yet he has managed to notch a few wins and remains on the middleweight roster.
When you evaluate the skillset of Brundage, he doesn’t stand out anywhere other than for some power in his hands. The problem is that said hands aren’t that fast, there isn’t much technique behind his offensive striking approach, and whenever this man’s chin gets touched, he often crumbles!
Now, Brundage is being fed to the wolves… Mansur Abdul-Malik is a problem! Athletic, powerful, and an 8-0 Pro record with all eight fights ending inside the distance. More importantly, he’s already fought to Brundage’s level since arriving in the UFC, and yes, he finished both Nick Klein and Dusko Todorovic without barely getting touched!

Bet on Abdul-Malik to Win by KO (-335)
It’s Not If, But How
Abdul-Malik defeating Brundage isn’t a question of if, but how? The UFC fight odds are juiced to -800 for a reason, and that’s because we’re about to see an absolute beatdown from the favorite, and given his past desire to use his fists, we can expect this bout to end via knockout.
The biggest red flag with Brundage is that, even in his UFC wins, he has looked unimpressive and taken a significant amount of damage. When Malik receives the same opportunity to land shots, he won’t waste them… A first-round knockout wouldn’t be surprising!
Abdul-Malik KO Supporting Betting Trends:
- Abdul-Malik is undefeated (8-0)
- Abdul-Malik has finished all of his opponents to date (7 KOS, 1 submission)
- Brundage has lost 50% of his UFC bouts (5-5)

2. Cody Garbrandt vs Raoni Barcelos: Fight Goes the Distance – NO (-120)
It’s been ten years since Cody Garbrandt put on a masterclass over one of the bantamweight division’s greatest, Dominick Cruz, but it’s safe to say that we aren’t dealing with the same ‘No Love.’ And no, I’m not referencing the God-awful dagger tattoo he has inked on his face…
A chin made of wet paper and grappling struggles have equally forced Garbrandt from being a champion in UFC news to being out of the top-10 rankings. Now, he’s still just 33 years old, so his age cannot be blamed, but when it comes to trustworthy fighters, he isn’t one of them because you never know what you’re getting.
His weekend opponent, Raoni Barcelos, is coming off a solid performance over Payton Talbot, where he cashed as a 7/1 underdog. His experience and well-versed skillset were heavily overlooked due to his age, and unfortunately for Garbrandt, he possesses grappling skills and power.

Bet on Garbrandt vs Barcelos Fight Goes the Distance – NO (-120)
Fading Durability
Deiveson Figueiredo’s path of out-grappling Garbrandt could be a viable option for Barcelos. However, No Love isn’t that easy to take down as he is to keep grounded, and with so many knockout losses, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Barcelos want to test his chin.
Here’s the kicker, though: Barcelos’ chin has been just as questionable in the past. Just like Cody, he’s been dropped on many occasions, even in successful bouts. When you put two red flag durability fighters in one cage, along with two men who know how to finish the fight, we have to look at the under for our UFC fight predictions.
Whether Garbrandt can re-live the glory days and find a knockout, or if Barcelos can be another KO loss for the former champ, I like this fight to end inside the distance. Not forgetting that Barcelos will also have a BJJ edge and potential submission upset.
FDGTD Supporting Betting Trends:
- Barcelos has won or lost ITD in 2 of his last 4 UFC bouts
- 90% of Garbrandt’s UFC losses (6) were inside the distance
- Garbrandt has gone the distance in just 1 of his previous 4 UFC bouts
TOO CLEAN 🥶
