UFC Fight Night is packed full of quality fights, including the main event between Stephen Thompson and Kevin Holland.
The sportsbook has value odds available and we include three of our best fights on the card, including Nicolau vs Schnell and Hermansson vs Dolidze.
Let’s check the latest UFC odds, stats, and UFC lines. We’ve plenty of UFC betting odds for you to consider.
Holland to Bounce Back
We have always loved Wonderboy Thompson, but we think he’s past his best and that’s reflected by his UFC odds of +145.
Therefore, we’re picking Holland to win the main event and end our parlay on a high. He was submitted by Khamzet Chimaev in the first round at UFC 279, which was disappointing, but not surprising against that level of opposition.
He’s on the quick backup and that shows that he’s hungry to get back in the winners’ column.
Thompson, who is nearing retirement, hasn’t won since 2020 when beating Geoff Neal. It’s not ideal form, but he’s excited for the fight.
“I’m smiling, I can’t stop smiling, it’s going to be fun. The reason why I’m smiling is because this is what the fans want to see,” Thompson told BJPENN.com. “I hate putting on, I don’t like boring fights. When I fight the Belals and the Gilbert Burns, especially the way they did it, it would’ve been better if they were trying for submissions and stuff. It just wasn’t an exciting fight.”
Holland is at -170 to win and that’s a good UFC parlay inclusion.
- Pick: Kevin Holland -175

Nicolau With Class Edge
We are keen on adding Matheus Nicolau in parlays, and despite the -380 odds being short, they’re perfect to boost payouts.
Nicolau has the class edge against Matt Schnell, who has struggled in big fights and is just going through the motions
The 29-year-old Nicolau is 18-3-1 after beating David Dvorak, which was a strong win against a 20-4 fighter.
Bettors might see the short odds and be turned off, but he’s an excellent parlay inclusion and we think his winning streak continues on Saturday in Orlando.
Take the betting online odds and it should be a comfortable leg.
- Pick: Matheus Nicolau -380
Dolidze at Value Odds
We can’t believe the odds for Roman Dolidze, who is 11-1 after beating Phil Hawes by first-round knockout in October.
The 34-year-old has been destroying opponents, and although Jack Hermansson is a legend of the sport, we think Dolidze is the better up-and-coming fighter.
He is paying +155, which is an excellent boost to our parlay that involves two favorites.
Hermansson needed a decision win to beat Chris Curtis in July, and we don’t think that’s the best form guide for this fight.
The Swedish fighter was last beaten in 2020 against Marvin Vettori, but Dolidze could be a fighter to watch over the next two years and we can’t turn down the UFC betting value.
- Pick: Roman Dolidze +155
