Fakhretdinov Debuts with a Bang Against Michailidis
Of the UFC prospects fighting in the prelims, Rinat Fakhretdinov has the best path to impressing. Andreas Michailidis is the UFC’s favorite jobber: he’s a grappler who does not have the best wrestling with poor striking defense. The UFC matchmakers are setting Fakhretdinov (20-2-0) up with a big target here.
Fakhretdinov should knock Michailidis out. In fact, a prop bet on Fakhretdinov to finish Michailidis pays next to even odds, which makes it one of the best UFC prop bets. But going one step further, betting on him to win in Round 1 pays nearly 4-1.
Pick: R Fakhretdinov in Round 1 By KO, TKO or DQ +375

Da Silva Blasts Through Solecki
This could be the Fight of the Night for as long as it lasts. Joe Solecki and Alex Da Silva could go back-and-forth, especially if Da Silva (21-3-0) is able to keep this fight standing. Solecki (11-3-0) is no meathead and will use his more varied skillset to win the fight. But Da Silva could just stuff his takedown attempts and keep this as a striking match.
In this event, bet online on Da Silva as the underdog to win. While he owns no knockouts in his UFC career, Da Silva hits hard and can put Solecki down when he catches him. While it’s unlikely, the lines are too wide on this. It’s worth a shot.
Pick: A Da Silva In Round 1 By KO, TKO or DQ +1050

Jackson Chokes Argueta Out Cold
Damon Jackson’s second UFC run is proving more fruitful as he’s won three of his four fights with that only loss coming against top-15 fighter Ilia Topuria. He gets a bit of a layup here as he fights a last-minute replacement in Daniel Argueta, who is also fighting up a division.
Jackson (20-4-1) should be able to get Argueta (8-0-0) to the mat and make quick work of him. The UFC betting odds have Jackson as the biggest favorite on the card for a reason. One of the best ways to bet him at lucrative odds is to take him by sub in the first.
Pick: D Jackson in Round 1 By Submission +250

Mozhorov Stuns Menifield
Don’t blink when Askar Mozharov meets Alonzo Menifield in the Octagon. The duo is heavy-handed sluggers and in Mozharov’s (21-12-0) case, he starts fast and owns plenty of first-round knockouts on his resume. Even if most of the opponents he’s fought are not UFC-caliber, you can’t sleep on his power.
The “Ukrainian Conor McGregor” has seen his official record change, which he claims is because of his fights in China. Whether or not he’s a hype machine being exposed or not, Menifield (11-3-0) is a fun dance partner for him as he is hittable and can be prone to get lit up.

Pick: Mozhorov in Round 1 By KO, TKO or DQ +425
