New York Is Favored To Close Out Connecticut in WNBA Semifinals

The Liberty have won four of their last five games in Connecticut.

The WNBA semifinals marked the first postseason clash between the Eastern Conference rivals since 2012. The Sun swept that best-of-three game series as they were favored in both games. It is a different story this time around with New York listed as the favorite in Game 4 of the Oct. 1 WNBA schedule.

The last two games between the teams finished over the total after the previous eight playoff meetings between the Sun and Liberty finished under the total.

Connecticut will need all of its starters to contribute if it wants to see the series back to New York for a winner-take-all Game 5.
