One of the best XFL picks has been the under for the Brahmas. The offense has not eclipsed 14 points in the last three games and is averaging 9.7 per game. San Antonio ranks last in passing yards and rushing yards. The Renegades have allowed 10 or fewer points in two of the last three games.
The Brahmas should look to run the ball more often. Running back Jacques Patrick has only eight total carries over the last two games. He averaged 4.3 yards per carry last week. Plus, Arlington allowed 110 rushing yards in Week 4. San Antonio’s current formula has failed. It must alter its offensive strategy.
Renegades’ Alarming Offense
Arlington is in second place in the South, putting it in position for a postseason appearance. However, XFL lines do not view the Renegades as a contender. They are the fifth choice to win the championship at +750. After Week 5’s action, the Seattle Sea Dragons passed Arlington in Las Vegas XFL odds for the title (+700).
How can the Renegades become legit contenders? Like the Brahmas, they have major scoring problems. Arlington has only five touchdowns on the season, averaging 11.8 points in the last four.
