Week 7 NFL Preview: Playoff Implications, Rivalry Renewed, and High-Scoring Affairs

Week 7 of the NFL features plenty of intriguing games, making it a great week for online gambling. The three primetime games are promising between potential playoff teams. Each contest will likely feature a small point spread, making either side profitable.

The Jacksonville Jaguars against the New Orleans Saints is the first game of the week on Thursday. Both teams entered the season as favorites to win their respective divisions – the AFC South and NFC South.

Jacksonville’s offense against New Orleans’ defense will likely make the headlines. Trevor Lawrence & Co. face the Saints’ formidable defense, which features defensive end Cameron Jordan and cornerback Marshon Lattimore. The Jaguars’ cornerback Tyson Campbell against New Orleans’ wide receiver Chris Olave could be the best one-on-one matchup in the meeting. Don’t be surprised if NFL odds for Week 7 close this game as a pick ‘em.

Sunday’s afternoon games feature an exciting slate, including the Buffalo Bills against the New England Patriots, the Detroit Lions against the Baltimore Ravens and the Los Angeles Chargers against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Bills-Patriots is an intense AFC East rivalry. Buffalo’s explosive offense against New England’s menacing defense should be one of the best matchups of Week 7.

The Lions-Ravens could feature plenty of points with a high projected total. Detroit’s offense is capable of high-scoring games, led by Jared Goff and rookie running back Jahmyr Gibbs. Baltimore is always dangerous with Lamar Jackson, who could contend for his second MVP award.

The Chargers-Chiefs is an entertaining matchup with quarterbacks Justin Herbert and Patrick Mahomes.

Week 7 NFL Focus: Key Matchups, Star Power, and Monday Night Showdown

The Atlanta Falcons visiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Arizona Cardinals facing the Seattle Seahawks are among the most unappealing games for Week 7. The Bucs and Cardinals could finish with some of the worst records in the league, while the Falcons and Seahawks have their eyes on the postseason. Thanks to sizeable point spreads, there’s still opportunities to gain profit.

Sunday Night Football will visit one of the most rowdy environments in the league, as the Philadelphia Eagles will play host to the Miami Dolphins. There will be no shortage of star power. Quarterback Jalen Hurts is among the MVP favorites, and Miami features one of the league’s best wide receivers and cornerbacks in Tyreek Hill and Jalen Ramsey.

Of course, the offenses will take the spotlight, per usual. However, the cornerback play in this meeting will be must-see TV. These are possibly the two best cornerback duos in the NFL with Philly’s Darius Slay and James Bradberry and the Dolphins’ Ramsey and Xavien Howard. The under for NFL lines’ projected total is an enticing bet.

The San Francisco 49ers and Minnesota Vikings will wrap up Week 7 on Monday Night Football. If San Francisco was home, this one could have gotten ugly. Fortunately, Minnesota will be the host, which should keep the spread quite low.

The 49ers are one of the favorites to win the NFC. The Vikings are still looking to enter contender status. Taking down San Francisco with everyone watching would be a statement.

This matchup will feature several exciting one-on-one matchups. Minnesota’s left tackle Christian Darrisaw against the 49ers’ defensive end Nick Bosa is an elite clash. San Francisco’s linebacker duo of Dre Greenlaw and Fred Warner colliding with the Vikings’ tight end T.J. Hockenson is another high-level matchup.

NFL odds are offering several enticing point spreads for Week 7. The Chargers and Dolphins could be popular upset picks as they visit the Chiefs and Eagles, who faced in Super Bowl 57.

Fans can’t help but wonder what surprises await in the upcoming games. However, it’s never too early to look ahead and start speculating about NFL Week 8 Odds.

With the NFL season in full swing, both Week 7 and NFL Week 8 Odds promise to deliver unforgettable moments that will leave fans on the edge of their seats.
