John Hunter Nemechek’s Race To Win?
The Camping World Truck Series is in Richmond this weekend as the round of 10 playoffs continues. Grant Enfinger picked up the win on July 29 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the first time trucks have raced there since 2011. Surprisingly it’s John Hunter Nemechek that is the 3/1 favorite in Saturday’s event.
This is the last time fans can see the truck series for a while, now is a great chance to put your bets on online sports betting. As they are off until the Kansas Speedway on September 9 where two drivers will be eliminated from the postseason. Four more drivers will then get knocked out on October 22nd in Miami.
Let’s check the latest NASCAR news, stats, reports, and NASCAR odds for NASCAR Truck Series Playoffs Worldwide Express 250. We’ve plenty of NASCAR picks and predictions for you to consider.
Good Value on Enfinger
Enfinger comes into Richmond with 10/1 odds, just the eighth-highest-ranked driver in the field. That’s not bad for a guy that picked up the win the last time the truck series was in action two weeks ago in Indianapolis, and who is also in third in the standings with 2,057 points.
Enfinger is also a former winner at Richmond, taking home the checkered flag at this race in 2020. There’s not a lot of course/event history to go off of, as the Worldwide Express 250 was held in Martinsville prior to the 2020 swap. This was also a Spring race before being moved to September in 2020 due to the COVID pandemic, back to April last season, and now a Fall race for the time being.
Perhaps Enfinger is 12/1 because he only has one win this season, but that also goes with eight times finishing in the top 10. That’s still some solid value for NASCAR truck series betting.
Nemechek or a Dark Horse?
There have been two Worldwide Express 250 events held at Richmond, with Enfinger winning in 2020 and Nemechek taking the checkered flag in 2021. It looks like past results are driving the NASCAR truck series betting odds this weekend as Nemechek is the 3/1 favorite.
Nemechek is tied for fifth in the truck series standings. He started in the pole position in Indianapolis and led 75 laps before finishing in 10th place. Nemechek has finished in the top 10 in four of his last five races but hasn’t won since May in Darlington.
Zane Smith is the next biggest favorite at 5/1, his NASCAR odds for the weekend are huge. And he might be the best driver to wager on as the truck series standings leader. Smith finished third in Indianapolis, the fifth time he’s been in the top three in his past six starts.

NASCAR Truck Series Worldwide Express 250 Prediction
Truck series events are usually pretty top-heavy, and the playoffs are the same situation. Nine different drivers have won this series and it’s highly unlikely that anybody gets their maiden win of the year in the playoffs and at Richmond.
Enfinger and Nemechek are the two previous winners when the Worldwide Express 250 moved to Richmond, but they do not repeat here. Instead, it’s Zane Smith who comes out on top as he is in elite form with five finishes in the top three in his last six races could this be a good odd to bet online?
