NBA Parlay and Picks Tuesday April 09: Heat, Bucks Top Bets

Our NBA predictions have been on fire over the last month! With the end of the regular season quickly approaching, let’s keep the good times rolling. It’s often difficult to weed out the top spots when the schedule has so many games for our NBA picks and parlay bets. On Tuesday night, we have 14 games and tons of NBA bets to sift through.

I will stick with what has worked and build our best NBA parlay today using NBA ATS picks and player props. I’ve researched all the NBA betting odds and am loading up a four-leg parlay. Let’s discuss the NBA’s best bets for Tuesday.

Tuesday NBA Parlay Picks

1. NBA Parlay Pick: Nuggets C Nikola Jokic to Record a Triple-Double (+150)

The Denver Nuggets are 15-point favorites on the road against the Utah Jazz. This NBA point spread is suggesting this could be a blowout. There’s a risk that Nikola Jokic doesn’t play enough minutes to stuff the stat sheet, but he can record a triple-double in limited minutes in this matchup.

Utah’s interior clearly lacks the strength necessary to defend the two-time MVP. On the surface, the Jazz have been a strong rebounding team this season, but they have begun to tank. Since they have sat guys like Lauri Markkanen, John Collins and Jordan Clarkson, they have been getting obliterated in all facets. They allow the most assists per game. Jokic has four triple-doubles in his previous nine meetings with Utah.

The Joker has 10 triple-doubles in 22 games since the All-Star break, including three of his last four. Tonight, the Nuggets’ injury report looks promising, with Aaron Gordon the only starter listed as questionable. Trusting Jokic is worth the risk in this juicy matchup as he can easily waltz his way to another MVP award and is easily one of the best NBA prop bets today.

2. NBA Parlay Pick: Bucks (+2) vs Boston Celtics

No one in the world wants to get behind this Milwaukee Bucks team right now, but I’m going against the grain. The Bucks are coming off four consecutive losses, three of which were against terrible tanking teams: the Wizards, Grizzlies and Raptors. They did come out with something in the previous game against the Knicks but ran out of gas and what looked like confidence.

They have dropped six of their last seven overall and are at risk of losing the second seed in the East. The Bucks are desperate to get back on track. Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics are fat and happy, locked in as the top seed in the playoffs. The Celtics could sit Kristaps Porzingis. This game means nothing to the Celtics, who have their eyes on the playoffs. I won’t be fading Boston when meaningful games begin again, but this is a perfect spot to back the Bucks.

3. NBA Parlay Pick: Heat (-4) at Hawks

This is one of my favorite spots to back a team. The Miami Heat are coming off a tough loss against the Indiana Pacers, and the NBA announced that the referees missed multiple calls in that game. Therefore, the refs owe the Heat tonight. The Hawks are coming home from a long West Coast road trip and could be lethargic. Miami is tied with Orlando as the fourth-best team ATS on the road at 23-15-2. The Hawks are the worst team in the NBA at 28-50 ATS. This is a must-win game for Miami in a revenge spot. Fire up the Heat.

4. NBA Parlay Pick: Thunder (-205) vs Kings

Like the Nuggets above, the Thunder are in the three-team race for the No. 1 seed in the Western Conference. The Kings have owned Oklahoma City over the last few seasons, but this is a new Thunder squad, and the evidence showed in the previous meeting with OKC winning 127-113 at home against the Kings.

This is the finale of a long four-game road trip for the Kings, who have traveled plenty of miles over the last week. Reports suggest that the Thunder will have Shai-Gilgeous Alexander and Jalen Williams back in the lineup tonight. Meanwhile, the Kings are dealing with key injuries to Malik Monk and Kevin Huerter. Trust the Thunder to get the W in front of their home crowd tonight.
