The Dodgers finish their East Coast swing with what should be the easiest series of the three. Having just taken the last two from the Phillies and having played at Yankee Stadium before that, the first-place team in the NL West meets the last-place team in the NL East, the New York Mets.
Roki Sasaki will just have to keep Juan Soto quiet to give the Dodgers a big chance. They are sure to be favorites if one bets on the MLB because Sean Manaea should be reached by Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman and Co.
The Mets’ best chance for a win in the series comes on Saturday when Nolan McLean goes against Yoshinobu Yamamoto. It would not be stunning to see the Dodgers sweep here.
