NFL Super Bowl LX Betting Odds and Lines

What Team Is Favored in BetUS’ Opening Sportsbook Odds?

Hint: It Isn’t the Philadelphia Eagles

As convincing as the Philadelphia Eagles’ win was in Super Bowl 59, it doesn’t make them the favorite to win Super Bowl LX.

The NFL odds opened for Super Bowl LX after Philly’s romp and the team the Eagles beat, the Kansas City Chiefs, is the futures favorite in NFL betting at +600.

The Eagles open as the co-second choice at +700 with the Baltimore Ravens, who won the AFC North but were eliminated from the playoffs by the Buffalo Bills.

In the first week of NFL postseason odds, those Bills sit at +750.

Teams With Intriguing Odds

Every other team in the NFL checks in with betting odds that are double digits.

One team that will certainly attract a fair share of interest in NFL betting is the Detroit Lions. The No. 1 seed in the NFC after winning the NFC North sits at +1000.

There are plenty of fans of the team from Motown who will love those odds, especially if Dan Campbell’s Lions can remain healthy on the defensive side of the football.

One team that needs to be looked at carefully is the San Francisco 49ers. They sit at +1400.

Before anyone thinks these are tempting because the team was favored to represent the NFC in Super Bowl 59 early in the season, remember they finished a tepid 6-11 and at no point looked like a contender.

Yes, everyone can point to a team ravaged by injuries, but look at what the Lions overcame despite losing many players.

Another team that always takes its share of wagering money is the Dallas Cowboys. No one was impressed by Jerry Jones’ decision to hire Brian Schottenheimer to replace Mike McCarthy. That could be a reason why Dallas is at +5000.

Cowboys can hope that the tradition of no NFC East team repeating as division champion since 2004.

That could give Dallas faithful hope except the Washington Commanders (+1600) are considered a far stronger threat in the NFC East than the Cowboys.

The Longest of Long Shots

Okay, if you are looking for teams that will need a miraculous turnaround from 2024 to win Super Bowl LX, we have some for you.

The New York Giants are at the bottom of the barrel at +15000. Well, that is what happens when you let Saquon Barkley waltz to Philadelphia and you finish behind everyone in your division. The future is bleak.

Aaron Glenn takes over the New York Jets and news broke on Super Bowl Sunday that Aaron Rodgers won’t be wanted back as the quarterback.

Now that’s a step in the right direction. If only the former Lions defensive coordinator Glenn could navigate the other potholes he faces. The odds of +8000 feel light. Like they could and should be way longer.

For some reason, the Raiders also sit at +8000. It has to be the fact they hired Pete Carroll as coach. There isn’t anything else much on the positive side in Las Vegas. Hey, at those Super Bowl odds, it is worth a shot. One never knows.

A gaggle of teams are at +10000 including the Titans, Panthers, Browns, Colts, and Saints. New Orleans is expected to hire Eagles OC Kellen Moore as its coach. Keep an eye on that because it could have an influence on NFL odds when it comes to future bets.

Super Bowl Betting FAQs

Betting on the Super Bowl is a popular pastime, and there are many ways to do it. Here’s a general guide:

  1. Create an Account: Sign up and provide the necessary information.
  2. Deposit Funds: Deposit money into your account.
  3. Explore Betting Options & Super Bowl Odds: The Super Bowl offers a wide variety of bets, each with its own odds. Pay attention to the Super Bowl odds offered for each bet type.
  4. Place Your Bets: Once you’ve chosen your bets and check the Super Bowl odds, enter the amount you want to wager and confirm.

Super Bowl betting results are determined by the game’s actual outcome. The official scores and stats decide the winners. This applies to all NFL odds, not just Super Bowl odds. For example:

  • Moneyline: If you bet on the winning team, you win.
  • Point Spread: The margin of victory determines the outcome.
  • Over/Under: The combined score determines the outcome.

NFL odds, in general, represent the sportsbook’s assessment of the likelihood of a particular outcome. Shorter odds mean a more likely outcome (but lower payout), while longer odds mean a less likely outcome (but higher payout).

Super Bowl LX (60) will be played on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Eagles deny Chiefs Super Bowl 2025 “three-peat” dominating the game with a commanding 40-22 win.
