Super Bowl LXI Prop Bets and Specials

Beyond the standard NFL odds and lines, Super Bowl specials let you bet on the shape of the championship rather than a single matchup. BetUS has three boards up for Super Bowl LXI: which division produces the winner, which conference, and which state the champion calls home.

Winning Division

The NFC West is the clear favorite at +225, well ahead of a tightly packed second tier. The AFC West, NFC North, AFC East, and AFC North are all priced at +450, with the NFC East at +650 and the AFC South at +750. The NFC South is the longest shot at +1600.

Winning Conference

This one is close to a coin flip. The AFC is a narrow favorite at -110, with the NFC at -120 — a reflection of how evenly the market rates the two sides heading into the season.

Winning State

California heads the board at +260, which follows from the division market: three franchises call the state home, and the NFC West favorite is one of them. New Jersey and New York are grouped at +750, followed by Maryland at +800, Texas at +900, and Pennsylvania at +1000. Florida (+1600) and Ohio (+1800) are the longest listed prices, and “Any Other State” — covering every franchise outside those groupings — sits at even money.

All three markets settle on the Super Bowl LXI result, and prices will move through the regular season as contenders separate. Check NFL futures for the latest numbers.

Super Bowl LXI Specials FAQs

They’re bets on the characteristics of the eventual champion rather than on a specific team or game. Instead of picking a winner outright, you’re betting on which division, conference, or state the winning team will come from — which means a single wager can cover multiple franchises.

A division bet covers four teams at once, so you’re backing a group rather than one club. That gives you more paths to a win than an outright, though the payout is correspondingly shorter than betting a longshot team on its own.

The market sees the division as housing the strongest championship contender, and the odds line up with the winning state board, where California is favored at +260. Three of the division’s four teams are based in California, so the two markets are pricing largely the same outcome from different angles.

The bet loses. All three markets settle on the champion, not the participant — so backing the NFC West at +225 pays only if an NFC West team actually wins the game, not if one merely reaches it. That’s the key difference between these specials and a conference winner bet, where making the Super Bowl is the whole point.
