Pittsburgh Pirates at Colorado Rockies Odds

Will Paul Skenes be able to keep the Rockies’ bats quiet on Saturday in Coors Field? The Rockies were no match for the big right at PNC Park earlier this season. He struck out 10 and allowed two hits over eight innings.

This task is different because the ball flies all over and out in Colorado. Skenes is 6-6, but it can be argued that he would have a better W-L mark. MLB odds will favor the Pirates against Tomoyuki Sugano. Bettors beware because Sugano is 4-2 with a 4.65 ERA at home.

The ERA may seem bloated, but remember this is Coors Field, and that adds to a pitcher’s stats when it comes to allowing runs and hits.
