The Reds complete a weekend series with the Texas Rangers on Sunday. Chase Burns gets the call for the road team against Jack Leiter. Burns is 1-0, having downed the Pirates. He was masterful, throwing five innings, allowing one hit, and striking out seven. Leiter, too, won his first start and was impressive.
The righty struck out eight over six innings, allowing five hits and two runs against the Orioles. Both teams have been playing good baseball as of this writing, and don’t be surprised to see runs at a premium. The under on the run line when it comes to MLB odds would be the way to play.
