NCAA Round of Four Odds and Lines

Who Has the Best Odds to Make the 2026 Round of Four?

Looking ahead to the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, several top contenders already stand out on the D1 Men’s College Basketball odds board with short prices to make the Round of Four.

Futures markets are led by bluebloods like Michigan (+500), and Duke (-110), with Arizona (-130), Florida (-180), Houston (+215), and Illinois (+300) all trading at competitive odds in Round of Four betting, including moneyline-style futures, conference parlays, and longshot tickets.

Throughout the season, bettors watch how these College Basketball odds move as power ratings, against-the-spread records, strength of schedule, and injury reports shift the numbers, creating value on underdogs, hedging opportunities, and potential middle spots in the Round of Four futures market.

NCAAM Round of Four: A Battle of Basketball Titans

The NCAAM Round of Four is the semifinal game of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

Teams are selected into a field of 68 and play in a single-elimination tournament, branded D1 Men’s College Basketball, until they reach the semifinals, which is called the Round of Four.

There are four regions in the tournament, with the winner from each region being the team that advances to the Round of Four.

The Round of Four teams then continue in the single-elimination style play until one winner is crowned as the championship team of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament.

Selection Process and Surprises in NCAA Tournament Seeding

32 teams automatically qualify for the NCAA men’s basketball tournament by winning their conference tournament, while the other 36 are selected from a committee.

Those teams are then placed in a region and ranked based on their regular-season record and prediction on how far they’ll go in the tournament.

The Unpredictability of NCAA Tournament Upsets

However, just because a team may be seeded high doesn’t mean it will necessarily go far, as last season, all four No. 1 seeds failed to reach the Round of Four, even getting knocked out before the Round of Eight for the first time in history.
