2026 March Madness Odds and Lines

March Madness is the ultimate test of skill, luck, and heart. With 68 teams battling for the 2026 NCAA Menโ€™s Basketball Championship, a single buzzer-beater, Cinderella run, or shocking upset can bust brackets and shake up the College Basketball odds instantly.

Whether backing a powerhouse program or rolling the dice on a long shot, BetUS has your ticket to the Big Dance with the best odds and biggest markets on March Madness.

Top Betting Markets for March Madness

  • March Madness Championship Odds: Bet on which team cuts down the nets as NCAA Tournament champion, from blue-bloods like Michigan, Arizona, and Duke to Big 12 and SEC contenders making a run at the Big Dance.
  • March Madness Point Spreads: Wager on the margin of victory in individual March Madness games, backing favorites to cover big numbers or Cinderella underdogs to keep it close and cash their ticket.
  • March Madness Totals (Over/Under): Predict whether the combined score in a March Madness matchup will go over or under the BetUS line, using tempo, offensive efficiency, and defensive strength to target highโ€‘flying shootouts or grind-it-out unders.
  • March Madness Team Props: Focus on teamโ€‘based outcomes during the tournament, such as total points, 3โ€‘pointers made, largest lead, or raceโ€‘toโ€‘point milestones that let you zero in on how a squad performs rather than just who wins.
  • March Madness Player Props: Wager on individual star performances, including points, rebounds, and assists for key players on programs like Michigan, Duke, Houston, or Florida, and ride breakout tournament runs or favorable matchups for extra value.

March Madness Live Betting Odds

Once the ball tips, you donโ€™t have to sit on the sidelines; our college basketball live betting odds let you wager in real time as the game unfolds.

Live NCAAB odds update throughout the action, so spreads, moneylines, and totals can move quickly based on pace, foul trouble, timeouts, and every scoring run.

The best moments to watch the board are often during natural pauses (timeouts, free throws, halftime, and TV breaks), when books refresh lines, and you can jump on a number before it shifts again.

A single swing, like a 9โ€“0 run, a clutch three, or a star player picking up a fourth foul, can flip a live spread or dramatically change a live total in just a couple of possessions.

If youโ€™re betting live, follow the game closely, track momentum and matchups, and look for value when the market overreacts to a short burst of scoring or a cold streak.

With college hoopsโ€™ nonstop runs and quick tempo changes, live betting gives you more chances to time your entry and bet the outcome you see developing

Get ahead of the action at BetUS Sportsbook and lock in your bets for March Madness today, from long-range futures to gameโ€‘byโ€‘game markets all tournament long.

MARCH MADNESS CHAMPIONSHIP FAQs

The chance of predicting a perfect bracket is 1 in 9.2 quintillionโ€”thatโ€™s 9,223,372,036,854,775,808! No one in history has ever completed a verified perfect bracket, making March Madness one of the year’s most unpredictable and exciting betting events.
You can bet on the NCAA Menโ€™s Championship right here at BetUS Sportsbook; your go-to online platform for the best odds and betting markets.
Smart bettors know that March Madness is full of surprises, so strategic betting is key. Firstly, find value in underdogs. No. 12 seeds historically upset No. 5 seeds at a high rate, making them a great play for moneyline and spread bets. Secondly, bet early on futures. Locking in championship odds early can yield higher payouts, especially on elite defensive teams. Next to know is that live betting is a game-changer. Hot shooting teams can go on deep runs, creating prime in-game betting opportunities. Finally, conference strength matters. Teams from power conferences (Big Ten, SEC, ACC, Big 12) often perform well, but donโ€™t overlook strong mid-majors.
