At BetUS, you can go beyond the final score with player props, team specials, mixed game markets, and creative novelty odds built just for every NFL game.

Target specific events like passing and rushing milestones, touchdown scorers, longest receptions, scoring races, and quirky game moments, all priced with competitive NFL lines.

There’s always action on the NFL odds.

What is an NFL Prop Bet, And How Do They Work?

NFL prop bets are wagers on specific events within a game, separate from the outcome. Think of prop bets as mini-bets within the big game.

They focus on specific events, like how many interceptions a player will make, a team’s total three-pointers (if applicable in a crossover promotion), or even random occurrences during the game.

These can include:

  • Player Props: Over/under on a player’s passing yards, rushing yards, receptions, etc.
  • Team Props: Total team touchdowns, field goals, or other statistical categories.
  • Game Props: Whether there will be a safety, the total number of penalties, or even which team will score first.

When Do NFL Player Props Come Out?

NFL player props are usually released a few days before the match day when important matchups and playersโ€™ availability have been determined. BetUS constantly updates such prop markets in order to provide you with more opportunities to place wagers.

How to Bet on NFL Player Props?

To bet on NFL player props, browse our available markets, select your chosen player prop, and place your wager.

At BetUS, we provide a wide range of prop betting options to suit all types of bettors, from touchdowns to passing yards, making every game more exciting.

Why are NFL Prop Bets Popular?

NFL prop bets keep growing in popularity mainly for one reason: their diversity. Unlike moneylines or totals, props give bettors far more ways to find an edge โ€” ranging from player statistics to peculiar game outcomes.

Here are some of the most common NFL prop bets you can find at the BetUS sportsbook:

1. General Game Props

A mixed market of popular bets on specific scenarios โ€” which team scores 10 points first, an over/under on touchdowns or field goals, or whether overtime occurs.

2. Over/Under

Similar to a team’s total points, but applied to individual player stats like quarterback passing yards or receiver receptions.

3. Touchdowns

Bet on which players will score a touchdown, or two or three โ€” or who scores the game’s first touchdown.

4. Player Doubles

Mini-parlays combining a player stat (e.g., a running back hitting 70+ rushing yards) with a team result (e.g., that player’s team winning). Like any parlay, both conditions must hit to win.

5. Specials

Extensions of general game props โ€” the longest reception of the game, whether a player tops 150 rushing yards, and similar outcomes.

Finding an Edge in NFL Props

Props often come with more favorable odds than a straight moneyline or spread bet, but they also demand sharper research โ€” analyzing specific matchups, player tendencies, and situational factors that can swing an outcome. BetUS backs this up with detailed prop-betting articles from experienced writers, breaking down trends and strategy to help sharpen your approach, even when you don’t always agree with their picks.

What NFL Team Gets Bet on the Most?

While BetUS offers NFL prop odds on all 32 teams, some draw more action than others. The Dallas Cowboys, “America’s Team,” consistently pull in heavy prop and conference-winner odds action โ€” most bettors backing them end up losing, which means fading Dallas can be the more profitable side.

BetUS is Your Go-to for NFL Odds

We offer a wide range of NFL props. You can bet on player performances, the exact score, or even which team scores firstโ€”giving you plenty of ways to level up your excitement.
