Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens Odds and Lines

NFL Week 7 delivers one of the season’s marquee divisional matchups as the Cincinnati Bengals travel to M&T Bank Stadium to face the Baltimore Ravens. NFL odds have the Ravens as 3½-point home favorites at -3½ (-110), while the Bengals are +3½ (-110) on the road. The total is set at 52½ points, with both the Over and Under priced at -110.

A spread of 3½ points reflects Baltimore’s edge at home, but Cincinnati remains a dangerous underdog in what projects to be another hard-fought AFC North battle. The total of 52½ points is one of the highest on the Week 7 board, signaling expectations for plenty of offensive production between two explosive offenses capable of putting points on the board in a hurry. With playoff implications already beginning to take shape, this matchup has all the ingredients to be one of the week’s most entertaining contests.

  • Game: Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET
  • Spread: Ravens -3½ (-110) / Bengals +3½ (-110)
  • Total: 52½ (-110 both sides)
