Power Slap League Betting at BetUS Sportsbook

What is Power Slap About?

Power Slap is a type of fighting owned by Dana White. It involves people taking turns slapping each other in the face and typically is three to five rounds.

Though the Power Slap League was founded in 2022 by White, with its TV debut originally scheduled for early 2023, it is another way for bettors to get involved in a different type of fighting.

How Do Power Slap Odds Work?

There are two main types of bets bettors can place at the sportsbook when it comes to Power Slap, and both are similar.

The first is the moneyline, which is who a bettor believes will win the overall match. The fighter who is favored will typically be represented by a negative number while the underdog is given a positive number. The higher the negative number, the greater the favorite.

The second type of bet is the matchup bet, which is the same as the moneyline, only bettors are making a prediction on who they believe will win each round rather than the overall match.

Betting Strategy

When betting on Power Slap, there are a few strategies one can employ to boost their chances of a payout.

Bettors should do some research on each fighter in the matchup to see how they have performed in the past, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses to see which fighter may have an advantage.

Waiting to find out who wins the coin toss and gets the first slap is also key, as the first slap could weaken the opponent significantly or even end the match before it begins.

Finally, looking at each fighter’s weight and body composition could also help, since larger fighters could deliver bigger slaps and are also likely to withstand them better than lighter fighters as well.

Prop Bets

Since there are a couple of ways to bet on the outcome of Power Slap, prop bets are another way to get involved in the fight and involve events that could happen during it.

For example, bettors can wager on things such as which fighter will deliver the most powerful slap, whether a knockout will occur, or what the method of victory will be.

Power Slap Odds Betting Guide

There are a few options when it comes to betting on power slap, with two of the main ones involving the moneyline.

The most common bet is the moneyline, which is a bet on who will win the overall match and has the favored player given negative odds while the underdog is represented by positive odds. For example, if one fighter is favored, he could be given -150 odds to win. A bettor would have to place a $150 bet to win $100 on their victory.

There is also match betting, which is the same as moneyline betting, including the odds, except the odds are for each round rather than the overall match.

Prop bets are the final option for bettors to bet on power slap and involve bettors placing wagers on events that could happen during the match, such as who will have the most powerful slap or what the method of victory will be.
